Welcome to DreamBuilders Oasis, a quiet countryside retreat in Chester County where travelers can relax, stretch their legs, and reconnect with nature while enjoying wide-open country skies in a small farming village. It’s a peaceful basecamp for exploring the region whether you're here for one night, staying a several days, or settling in for a longer countryside visit, especially if you travel with pets. Our property includes three open acres in the Ole Wendle Orchard where guests can walk the tree line, feel the breeze through the grass, and unwind inside the gazebo, near the water feature at sunset. Birds frequent the area and an occasional family of deer passes through the meadow. Low light pollution in this farm community makes the property excellent for stargazing, meteor watching, and satellite spotting when skies are clear. Guests also mention excellent cycling and bike routes on quiet country roads nearby in their reviews. Despite the natural rural feel, everyday conveniences are a short walk away. Within 1/4 mile you’ll find two family-owned pizza shops, a hair salon, Turkey Hill convenience store and gas station & a community park with playground. When schedules allow, we enjoy greeting campers, helping new RV users get set up, and sharing local tips so you can make the most of your stay. DreamBuilders Oasis is well located for exploring Lancaster Amish country, Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square, the Kennett Square Mushroom Festival in September, the New Year's Eve Mushroom Drop, Cochranville Carnival in July, and the wineries of Chester County. This is a private, not secluded property in a working farm community. At times you may hear normal rural activity such as passing vehicles, volunteer firefighters responding to calls, milk trucks, or seasonal farm equipment. A full list of local attractions and amenities will be sent automatically 24 hours before check-in (or sooner by request). We look forward to welcoming you as our guests. Good spot for stargazing on a clear night! 3 acre grass field, long tree lines. Private, not Secluded. Beautiful sunsets (weather dependent). Quaint Gazebo for relaxing or reading to the sound of the water features. Electric & Wi-Fi available at the Gazebo (but its slow. Your 4G/5G or Starlink will be faster). Wide view of the sky for StarLink access. Good cell tower reception. Primitive... limited amenities. Our Walk-in Tent Sites are in the middle of the Old Wendle Orchard. The peach and apple trees are long gone, leaving a beautiful lush field, which is perfect for playing games with your children, running your dogs, throwing a frisbee, watching for the occasional family of deer, checking out the various birds & hawks who call our property their home. At the Gazebo, (250 feet from the tent sites), we have electric for charging cell phones, and a garden hose available (in season) for water, If you'd like to run a BYO hose or a BYO cord out to your tent, please purchase Electric in the Extra's section. Reservations are limited to 14 night stays for first time guests. Once we get to know you, we may be open to offering longer stays in 28-day booking blocks. Tents sites are reserved for those guests traveling in vehicles less than 28 feet long with a total of 2 axles, who are NOT towing trailers. If you have a trailer, or wish to have your vehicle at your camp-site, please book your stay in our Grace Meadows RV & Trailer site or in DreamBuilders Full Hookup. Vehicles must remain on the paved surfaces, and ALL equipment and supplies must be carried on a 2 minute walk out to the sites. No Vehicles are permitted past the signage, out to the tent sites at any time.

Welcome to Lone Pine, our simple and practical RV site at DreamBuilders Oasis. This easy back-in site is located just off the driveway and works well for guests looking for a straightforward functional overnight stop or a convenient base camp for exploring the area. The site includes a 15-amp extension cord power connection and features a 16 x 30 asphalt pad area in front of the camper space, giving you a clean, solid place to step out, set up chairs, or relax without as much concern about mud during wet weather. While this site does not have the same rear-field positioning as our premium Grace Meadows RV site, guests still have access to the broader DreamBuilders Oasis setting, including a short walk to the open two-acre meadow at the Ole Wendle Orchard, the gazebo beside the water feature, and wide skies for stargazing on clear nights. Guests often appreciate the strong 4G/5G cell reception and open sky for Starlink access. Closer to the road noise, Lone Pine is best suited for self-contained rigs, road trippers, and guests who value easy access, simple setup, and budget-friendlier price points. Guests seeking an easy all-inclusive RV setup including water hookup, tank dump access, and the best sunset-facing views should book our Grace Meadows Premium RV Site. WATER: Water is not hooked up directly at this site. Guests may walk to access a hose spigot as needed. NOTE: DreamBuilders Oasis is a private, but not secluded property, located in a quaint small-town farm community setting. You may hear nearby activity such as passing vehicles, local volunteer firefighters dispatching to help our neighbors, milk trucks, and seasonal farm equipment. Read our reviews to see if our setting is a good fit for your travel style. ELECTRIC SERVICE: This site includes a 15-amp extension cord style power connection suitable for lighter electrical needs, battery charging, and moderate use. Guests with heavier power demands, large RV air conditioning loads, or multiple high-draw appliances should book our Grace Meadow Premium RV Site instead. TANK DUMP: may be purchased in the Extras for $30 and used either at check-in or check-out. First-time guests may reserve stays of up to 14 nights. Returning guests may request longer stays in 28-day booking blocks.

Bookings to this discounted long-term-stay site with water to refill tanks, electric, and a weekly tank dump built in to, and included in the price, will be approved for RETURNING hipcampers only, who have previously stayed with us. This is for long-term stays, booked in 28 day increments.*** Note: Hipcamp will charge an additional $12 per night (approximate) in service fee and pa occupancy tax at time of booking. Back your rig in off the road... its a straight shot to your camping spot. ^Plug in your 15/30/50 AMP RV cord*, ^hook up to the garden hose, maybe even ^dump your tanks in our septic at the end of your stay (^additional charges for extras's apply). Welcome to Grace Meadows, our premium RV site at DreamBuilders Oasis. This easy-access site is ideal for travelers who want a simple setup, open skies, and a peaceful place to unwind after a long drive. The site sits near the driveway for convenient arrival. The back of the Site opens into a broad two-acre field with beautiful sunset views, wide skies, and an open peaceful relaxing feel. It’s a great place to enjoy a quiet evening, read in the gazebo beside the water feature, stretch your legs after time on the road, or take in the stars on a clear night. Guests often appreciate the strong 4G/5G cell reception, open sky for Starlink, and the balance of convenience, comfort, and rural charm. Your site price includes access to the RV pedestal connection, water hookup by hose, and end-of-stay tank dump access, making this our most convenient RV option for guests who prefer a premium all-inclusive full-hookup experience. NOTE: DreamBuilders Oasis is a private, but not secluded property. We are located in a quaint small-town farm community setting. From time-to-time you may hear normal nearby activity such as passing vehicles, local volunteer fire fighters dispatching to help our neighbors, milk trucks, and seasonal farm equipment. Read our reviews before you book. ELECTRIC SERVICE: a campground style Pedestal-style RV connection is available for your 15/30/50 AMP RV cord, but due to voltage drop, service is currently limited to about 17 amps per line. This has worked well for most guests’ typical travel needs, but guests planning to run multiple high-draw appliances or electric space heaters should plan accordingly.

Easy to find and easy to get in and out of. Tracey is responsive and welcoming, helping to get settled and making sure you're oriented. Great spot for dogs. A little close to the road, but lots of open space behind the house to stretch legs after a long drive.

It was a great stop over spot for me. I can’t comment on the area but it seemed friendly and quiet. The sewage setup was very easy. They had a water hose I used to fill up with. And the electric worked well. The property was open and grassed. The owner met me on arrival and was very friendly

Great 4th of July weekend spent at Dreambuilders Oasis. This beautiful open field allowed for us to set up camp having plenty of space, with our doggies getting to run and play, and a 360 view of an awesome fireworks. Tracey provided us with everything we needed, and was a delight to speak with. We plan on coming back with a group of friends in the near future!

Nice overnight spot. Great price for the area. Cute town over in Kennett Square for breakfast. Winterthur and Brandywine area was great and close by. Love this area :) was also nice to be greeted by host even if brief and staying short. Thanks guys :)

I very much enjoyed my stay at this location. The property was well-maintained and the hosts even helped me level my camper/ensure hook-ups worked when I arrived. Verizon is my cell carrier, and there was a strong 5G signal at this site to where I could stream movies without issue. Can’t beat the customer service at this one.

We were looking for a quick overnight spot. This was just the place on our travels. Super nice host who was happy to work with us. They got us all set up with power. Kind enough to work with us since we actually had small vehicle campers. A stones throw from an amazing pizza place. Within walking distance you'll find another pizza place and a Turkey Hill. The open fields look amazing for tent camping. They actually made room for us in their jobsite storage parking due to all the rain the previous week. The grass spot would have definitely made it feel like you were out camping, but we were also very appreciative for the accommodation. This Hip Camp is in a small town close to a main road and fire department. Once in a while you may hear a few trucks. Happy Camping
