We loved our shot stay with BettyAnn! The property is such a serene oasis from a long day of driving on the highway. Waking up to the sound of birds and walking over to have morning coffee by the duck pond is a memory I will not forget :)

BettyAnn was such a friendly host! Hope to make it back one day and stay longer next time.
Betty Ann is an awesome hostess. She provided true southern hospitality. We loved her camping area. Trees and plenty of room to stretch out. 50 amp connection and water hookups were easy to access.
Thank you!!
Our experience was wonderful. Great location. She came out and met us and showed us around. We saw six deer walking together through the woods. It was very private and we felt very secure
We so enjoyed our brief one night stay at Berry Ann’s Sparkleberry Estate! We happened to be the only ones staying that night, so we had it all to ourselves. Betty Ann is a wonderful host. She met us outside and made sure we had everything we needed. Such a great location in Beaufort. Off the main drag but close to everything. We stopped at the Publix close by to pick up some dinner, but there are several cute restaurants in the same area if you want to go out. The lots are close to her home but far enough away for some privacy. Water and hookups are available if needed. Since her land is gated, it feels super secure too. We enjoyed chatting with Betty Ann and promise to be back again for a longer stay! Highly recommend Sparkleberry Estates.
Stayed for two nights and had a wonderful time! Betty Ann and her daughter were very gracious and helpful, and we felt very welcome. Betty Ann was even kind enough to drive us into Beaufort!
We plugged into electric in the pole barn.
The property is beautiful, shaded, with a few small ponds. Would love to stay again!

Well wooded area, so plenty of shade. Utilities were convenient. Hostess saw that our needs were taken care of.
We absolutely loved our stay at Sparkleberry Estate. BettyAnn has done an amazing job setting up the space to support RV needs, with 30 amp outlets, water hookup, and manicured sites with seating and a small fire pit for each. It's quiet, tranquil. She even set up a hangout space with coffee, couches, books to borrow, a table and chairs to sit and chat, and a puzzle everyone can work on. If you have a portable waste tank, she has a place you can roll it to for disposal. We did not have that, so we unhooked and drove to a local campground, paid a fee to dump, and returned to Sparkleberry. The location was ideal for us—in fact, we enjoyed it so much, we extended our stay twice (that's why I get to offer more than one review!). I give this campground 5 stars and cannot imagine that another property could outshine our first Hipcamp experience.
Nice host, but not worth the $
We spent 3 nights at Sparkleberry Estate. I had to work virtually from the RV in the mornings so keep that in mind when reading the review.
Pros- Pretty setting, gated property, nice host, Verizon cell service worked great as a hot spot. Host has a Clemson themed area in the garage where you can hang out. We prefer our RV, but it’s a nice option for others. Hosts daughter was also nice and has a farm close by where you can get a tour & purchase eggs. We didn’t visit it.
Cons- the RV site was fairly close to the house so we didn’t feel very private as we have at other Hipcamps. Fighter jets were flying overhead ALL DAY. We love to watch jets, but these were right over our RV from 7am-9pm and you couldn’t see them due to all the trees. Conference calls were very difficult because of this. I had to reschedule many calls because of this. We had to get on top of our RV to cut branches in order to fit in the site. Not cool when you are afraid of heights. This should’ve been done before we arrived. WiFi would have been a nice offering. The RV spot was under a ton of trees and we heard nuts falling constantly and our brand new RV was a mess after being there so needed a wash when we left. We knew there was no waste disposal and we love nature and dirt campgrounds but was not worth $55/night at all. I wouldn’t spend over $25/nt for this place.
