Natural Gathering Grounds is a Forest School and Waldorf inspired camp ground and natural learning environment. This eco-retreat facility is located on 53 acres with a growing family farm, fishing ponds, walking trails, archery, tent camping, gardening, craft/activity centerand 900 feet of the Edisto River. Our summer campsare offered weekly and daily. Camps focus on interaction and appreciation for the natural world. Our mission is to inspire wonder and encourage discovery while making meaningful connections in a natural environment. Lovely campground and host. Clean restrooms/bathhouse. Quiet area. There’s friendly peacocks, goats & chickens. Highly recommend!

We loved the camp space. Note that the bath house is in the front of the compound, where as you will be camping further back. We couldn't find it at first, but when we did it was very nice and clean.

I am very unhappy with the hosts but I can’t comment on the property as I’ve never had a chance to stay there. I have booked a tent site twice here and they have never responded to my request but I still get charged. Last time I booked, I never cancelled so I was charged. I am extremely disappointed. Looking at their website, it seems that they’re now an event venue. I would really like to speak to someone about the $82 I was charged.
