Ian's background is in art, public education, and exploring the outdoors. Growing up in the Lowcountry of South Carolina allowed for endless opportunities to explore and foster an appreciation for the outdoors. It is the peace and tranquility of the wetlands, and the time spent with family and friends in these unique ecosystems, that always brought me comfort and wonder. It was in June of 2019 that dreams of having my name attached to land became a reality. Since the contract was signed; family, friends, and I have been developing the property and programming classes and adventures to share with those who seek them. We have developed several unique sites to share with you and will continue to improve as we foster our partnership with the land and share its bounty.

This property is very nice and semi- secluded. There are homes along the road so others are nearby. However, you didn’t see them often and the road was not heavily traveled. Our sites were spacious and beautiful. The proximity of the river was very convenient, relaxing , and enjoyable.

The property is 30 acres with a number of different sites. There’s a lot of good variety depending on what vibe you’re looking for. The host and his employees were all very respectful, responsive and helpful.

Thanks for letting us visit!

Relaxing river area and extremely helpful hosts. We are traveling in our 18-foot camper and the spot was great easily accessible. The 30 amp electric site is not down by the river but up by the road. But it is an easy walk down to the river. The beach area is very quiet and relaxing. Primitive camping right on the river would be great. Also Ian and Blayne were charming and helpful hosts while we were setting up plus with suggestions of places to go and see in the area.
