Location was easy to find and get to. I camped at waters edge and did some fishing. Got some decent bass.
Wayne was an awesome host. Made sure I had what I needed to make this a great experience.
When I am in Oklahoma I will definitely make this a go to spot.

I camped w my RV and had the perfect spot by the lake. So peaceful and secure. I was the only person there. I enjoyed the sunsets and sunrise and the nature.
Access was easy and Dewayne was helpful in every way.

DeWayne once again out did himself. We love this place. Some of the great amenities are: Great view, quiet, peaceful, mowed camping area. Dewayne and family checks on us at least once a trip. We will be back soon. This is an awesome place to get away from it all.

Great quiet spot for quick overnight fishing break. Communicative and accommodating host. Easy in/out.
Weather was less than ideal for fishing, but still pulled a few 3-4lb largemouth. Even if I had been skunked, worth the view of the full moon over my fire.

Very peaceful spot very close to Tulsa downtown. The property is not level so a little challenging for a larger rig but made do. Dewayne was very responsive and communicative. He checked on me although we didn't get a chance to meet.

Dewayne is a really nice guy. He is a dog lover and he and his property deserve the highest respect. Please don't leave anything behind and picked up after your dogs. If you have a water tank fill it before you come
Also dump your sewage before you come.
Although it is secluded there is distant highway noise but is not bothersome. Highly recommended.

Dewayne’s property is great, we had a great time fishing. I managed to drop my Jon boat into his pond. There's some good size fish in there. Lost a 5lb Channel Cat, and caught a bunch of 1lb - 3lb bass.
Calling it a pond is a bit of a understatement, it's verging on small lake, I was worried from photos that my little Jonboat->Bassboat would be a bit large and overkill for the pond. When I got there and saw it in person I knew I made the right call.
Dewayne was quick to meet as down at the property when we had questions about the firepits.
There's a few good spots that provide shade all day, super important in Oklahoma summers.

We really enjoyed our stay!!! If you love to fish, there’s lots of opportunities here. Close to the interstate so it makes a great overnight spot. DeWayne was an excellent host and it was wonderful to meet him!!!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Dewayne is a super nice guy and bent over backwards to ensure we felt comfortable. We even had a plumbing problem with our bus which Dewayne took care of happily. I strongly encourage campers to stay with Dewayne.

I loved my quick stay here. Wayne was a lovely host, communication was so smooth. The property was accessible and easy to find and the pond was beautiful at sunrise. It’s a great spot for families as well, including a basketball court, swing set and lots of space. I wish I could’ve stayed longer!

What an absolute Gem this property was! We were blown away with how beautiful the sunset and sunrise were over the lake. Getting there was easy as it was right off Route 44 and 66. Dewayne met us at the property, helped us back into our spot and get hooked up then left us be to roam the property. Overall it was an amazing experience! You will not be disappointed! 10/10 would recommend!

What a fantastic get away and close enough (yet so far away) to highway that I wasnt stressed about timing my long driving days on my cross country trip. Dewayne and his sister Theresa are very hospitable and sweet humans. They made sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable. What true hospitality which is rare these days. Definitely will be back in the warmer months on my next cross country trip.
The pond is relaxing and beautiful if anyone else out there is living in the southwest desert landscape so tht was a real treat to be by water. Thanks Dewayne & Theresa!!!🌠
