Please note that this site reserves the entire property exclusively for your group! Throughout your stay, your group will have access to all the sites on the premises. FAQ Are day campers included in the total guest count, or does it only apply to overnight guests? All campers, whether they are staying overnight or not, must be included in the reservation. Can additional guests be added after the initial booking? Yes, you can modify your trip to add more guests through the Hipcamp app, but you cannot exceed the maximum capacity. Nestled within the scenic Blue Rock State Forest, our property offers a backdrop of rugged hills and verdant forests, situated in southeast Ohio's Blue Rock State Park. Immerse yourself in the solitude of nature and explore the diverse plant and animal life of this picturesque forest. We provide 21 campsites and 2 cabins for accommodations. 11 campsites have electrical hookups, the others do not. All electric sites have gravel pads. The 2 cabins are primitive with electricity only. There is free high speed wifi all throughout the campground. Campfires are permitted, and we provide fire pits and a fire ring for your enjoyment. Onsite, you'll find both flush toilets and portable toilets for your convenience. Additionally, a hot water shower is available as part of a full bathroom near the shelter house. There are four porta-potties in total (one by campsites, two by shelter house, and one between cabins). Pets are welcome on leash, but they are not allowed inside the shelter house. We offer non-potable water, and garbage bins for both trash and recycling are located in the common area. There is a covered common area referred to as the shelter house which includes a grill, firepit, multiple tables, deck, bar area for serving food, and stereo for music. There is also a small rec room which has a TV, air hockey table, an arcade machine, and a full bathroom. Other information about the property: - Located 10 minutes from Blue Rock's swimming beach at Cutler Lake. - Located 20 minutes from Columbus Zoo's "The Wilds" Safari. - Fenced in area for dogs. - Access to the Blue Rock State Forest horse trails. What a great camp! Carl is very personable, the grounds are beautiful, it’s very secluded (ie; off the beaten path). The camp has a common area to hang out and cook or bonfire or play games. There is also a full ~on grid~ bathroom with a shower and that’s attached to a small game room with a tv and air hockey (if you absolutely feel the need to stay connected). A really peaceful getaway but only about an hour drive to Marietta to the SW, Granville to the NE & Hocking Hills to the south. My sister and I tent/car camped here for 4 nights and 5 days and really hated to leave. 😊

Owner was very kind and inviting when we arrived on site. He also gave us clear directions to get there when the GPS would not. There was plenty of space between campsites and the other campers seemed very respectful. I overall enjoyed my stay

Carl was an amazing host. The cabin was a perfect size for me and my girlfriend with room to host more. It is clear that much effort has gone into making this site welcoming to all. The cabin and bathroom were very clean and anything needed was provided. Additionally Carl was very flexible with our arrival time and even helped us get moved in late at night.

I like it
Nice clean place. Carl received me very well and was well informed. The WIFI is very good. P.S. Don't always rely on Google Map, arrive via route 60 south of Duncan Falls, it will be easier, ask Carl.
