Away From The World

Wonderful experience!

Absolutely beautiful area, and the hosts were very welcoming. Although the weather was hot, our site was cool, green, and shady. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The bathroom was really a tiny, very clean, handcrafted "outhouse" with a composting toilet, but it actually added to the charm. Plus, the hosts had put hand sanitizer and even a scented candle with a lighter inside. The nature trail was lovely, too. There was also a nice picnic table and a large trash can with a bag already inside. The fire pit, made of what looked like large river rocks, fit our needs perfectly. We would have loved to visit the farm animals but didn't get to. But we hope to return to Away From the World again someday. Highly recommended!!!

What a friendly welcome and a lovely little camp site! It was also great to get the farm tour, fresh eggs, and firewood. My husband and I had a great time.

Wonderful Hosts and Beautiful Land

Camping here was a absolutely wonderful experience, the owners are great people with so much knowledge about the history of their land. If you ever have a chance to stop by take that opportunity right away. While at it don't forget to purchase the farm tour because you get a close up with the animals on the farm, but If you decide to do so then bring pants in case of poison ivy! Thank you all again for this chance and I'm excited to see the future of this farm.

Wonderful!

We loved the campsite, it was very shaded and private. The farm was beautiful and the tour was so nice! Baby animals and a very thorough tour. We would definitely stay again!

A lot of fun, had the greatest tome in our lifes. We both really loved the nature and would definately come back eventually.
