    Camp Ebb and Flow is located on the western edge of the White Mountains, near the crossing of the Appalachian Trail and a short drive to VT. Three lakes nearby for swimming, kayaking, and fishing. Hiking trails nearby. The camp offers RV sites with water, electricity, and sewer, an RV site with no hookups, and several tent sites. One of the tent sites has water and electricity and another has electricity with nearby water. There is bathhouse with two toilets and two vanities as well as a shower with changing room. Potable water is also available from a spigot at the bathhouse. There are over six acres of mowed fields for activities and walking. There is also a lovely brook running through the property with many areas you can cool off in from the summer heat. This property has a lengthy history going back to colonial times. It’s been a farm, an apple orchard, and once had a sawmill. Please check the calendar for available dates. Check-in is no later than 9pm unless late arrival arrangements have been made prior to booking. Whenever possible, try to arrive before dark because there are no lights at most sites, which can make setup difficult. A note regarding electric vehicles (EV): If you have an electric vehicle and would like to tent camp, please select one of our full hookup RV sites. If you have the proper electric adapter for your vehicle, you can charge your vehicle at the 30A RV plug while tenting in the field near the RV site. We do not supply these adapters, and we cannot allow you to charge your vehicle unless you have reserved an RV site with full hookups. If you do not see an open site for the days you'd like to get away, please contact us. Sometimes we can make other arrangements, allowing you to stay.

    One of our most popular sites, this site is very private on the outskirts of the property. It is situated in shade trees at the edge of the brook where the water cascades over the ledge rocks. The sound of running water will be sure to lull you to sleep. The site has a private stone fire pit. There are no picnic tables at any of our sites. You can access several shallow dipping areas from the campsite. There is no water or electricity at this site, but we can supply you with a five-gallon jug of clean drinking water if desired. It is easy to access with your vehicle to unload your camping gear and park. This site could also be ideal for a vehicle roof top tent or a very small pop-up camper (back in access).     One of our most popular sites! This tent site offers water and electric hookup (15A) at the site. The site is situated in the shade at the edge of the brook, surrounded by ferns, and includes its own private swimming hole (approximately 3’ deep) for cooling off. It also has a small stone fire pit and string lights. There are no picnic tables at any of our sites. This site can accommodate larger groups, up to 6 people (1-3 tents depending on size). Easy access with your vehicle to unload your camping gear. This site has the added benefit of being able accommodate a small camper, such as a pop up or teardrop style camper (no larger than 12’ long – please inquire). PLEASE NOTE: 1.     We absolutely adore Camp Ebb N Flow- the peace, and quiet, the amazing hosts and their dogs, the big fire pit, and the good company of the other guests we have met. Then of course the beautiful grassy meadow, musical brook, and the absolutely fabulous new bathhouse! We enjoy the full hook up when available, but other W/E sites on the Brook are lovely.

    Another amazing Memorial Weekend spent at Ebb N Flow! Stayed the same site both times and planned our next trip for this coming July already! 😝 We were met with so many upgrades to the property including extended WiFi that reached our site, a new bath house with one shower and 2 sinks and toilets. This is a must stay site! Jeff and Jill are the best HipCamp hosts we’ve ever had! Even helped up put up and take down our tarp to block the rain from soaking our tent!

    Great stay, Jeff and Jill were fantastic hosts, more than just welcoming, they were very attentive and always willing to help and share info. Communication was never an issue, usually an instantanious response. Site and grounds were clean and comfortable. Would visit again if in the area.

    Loved staying at Jeff and Jill's campsite! The land is beautiful, sites are nice and private and there is a clean bathroom too. A nice bonus is the strong wifi, helping me take a couple work calls! Jeff and Jill are also extremely welcoming and sweet! They loved our dog Maverick and their dog, Maile and Maverick had a great time playing! Will definitely be back next season :)

    It’s been great camping at Camp Ebb n Flow this season. Jeff & Jill have been super awesome and lovely. Their hospitality has been phenomenal. It’s amazing to see how my care they put into their land and it really shows. I’ve camped at their site 4x this season. Twice solo and twice with friends. Each time has been a wonderful experience. I’ll be looking forward to staying here a bunch next season. Thank you Jeff & Jill.

    I did a solo camping trip. And it was a great learning experience. I was at a perfect area next to the water. Sleeping there in my tent was definitely peaceful. Jeff and Jill are amazing people, very sweet couple. They kept checking up on everyone. Which I loved, it made me feel safe. I will definitely go back for a round 2.

    This was our first trip with a camper RV (ever) and it was an amazing campsite. Jeff and Jill were fantastic hosts - providing friendly support for us as we tried to figure all the "camper things" out. We had an incredible view of the fall foliage, walked the property with our dog, Ellie and spent time reading and relaxing.

    Jeff and Jill have an absolutely beautiful location! The view of the colorful tree filled mountains from our spot was breathtaking at any time of day. It was just so peaceful and relaxing! Also, Jeff and Jill are fantastic hosts! Both are so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and funny! We loved our stay at Ebb And Flow and we can’t wait to return next year.     I recently stayed at this campsite, and it was truly a fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, the hosts were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home.     Another successful and wonderful weekend at Camp Ebb n Flow. This time I brought friends with me to share the awesome experience. I’ve been hyping up the site to them since I stayed here for the first time. They finally got to experience it over the weekend and they couldn’t be more happier. We camped at the Fern Hollow site which has been my favorite site here. We had a blast setting up tents next to the brook. My friends got to meet Jeff and Jill. They had nothing but great and lovely things to say about them. My friends had such a blast that they ended up booking round 2 for October! Tha nks Jeff and Jill for being awesome and sharing your wonderful property.

    Second visit to this HipCamp and we are ready for the next. By far the best HipCamp we have visited. Jill and Jeff have an amazing property and work hard to make it better and better. We are big fans of the community evening fire pit. They are attentive to the needs of their guests and will go the extra mile to help.

    Brookside Tent Site
    Jeff and Jill were very nice. The campsite we had was next to a cute brook which definitely added to the experience, and they were great with our dogs! Unfortunately we had an emergency come up and couldn’t stay our full time but the short time we were there it was nice.

    Camp Ebb & Flow at Fern Hollow

    Camp Ebb & Flow was an incredible stay! We stayed at the Fern Hollow site and were lulled to sleep each night by the stream. Just beyond the brook, fresh blackberries were sweet and ripe for the picking. The swimming hole at our campsite was beyond refreshing and we felt so rejuvenated after our stay on Jeff and Jill’s beautiful land. You can truly tell Jeff and Jill love what they do and care about sharing their stunning property with others. We will certainly be back.

    Frog Belly Hollow Tent Site W/E 15A
    Beautiful property with clean sites! Jeff & Jill are nice, down to earth people who take lots of pride in their property. They are very receptive to any questions and the information provided once booked is very clear and convenient. From the driving directions, tips on restaurants, firewood, swimming holes and other activities are all provided. There were 3 other campers at other sites during my stay and I never heard or really even saw them. Frogbelly was a great site with an amazing constant trickle from the stream right behind the site. Can’t wait to return and would definitely recommend. The flush toilet was clean and so nice to have!

    Jeff and Jill’s property was lovely! The area was spacious and the bathroom was very clean and well maintained. More importantly for me, I was able to charge my EV on the 50 amp outlet with my adapter. The wifi was fast and very useful since I didn’t have cell service. I would definitely come back to camp here again! Jeff and Jill were very responsive and so pleasant!

    We really enjoyed staying at camp Ebb and Flow. Jeff and Jill greeted us to show us where our site was and share general information about the area. Other campers were around but we rarely saw them. Seems like a place where you can engage as little or as much as you want to. We tend to stay to ourselves, so we didn't wonder around the property much. Our site was very big and right beside a brook which was nice for a morning dip, and for sleeping. You could drive directly to the site but that might be challenging after a heavy rain. There is Wi-Fi, solar lights, and a river rock fire pit at the site. There is a flushing toilet on the property but we didn't use it as it seemed someone set their tent up very close to it and we didn't want to disturb anyone. Overall great property and camping site. We would stay again.

    This exceeded our expectations for a last-minute stopover while traveling with our converted short bus! The hosts were super friendly and our pups got to run around the field. I would definitely stay here again!

    As wonderful this year as last. Our only issue was deciding which way to face our camper - To Mt Cube, to the brook, or to the woods? We slept so well, with the sound of the brook outside. Small lake nearby was a nice swim spot to cool off, not as cold as the brook. Hosts are marvelous, wifi robust, and you can use wifi calling (as no cell signal on either Verizon or T-Mobile in the whole area, it is upstate NH!). Plenty of space for dogs or kids to play safely away from the road.

    Camping here was excellent. Went here for the Perseides meteor shower. Great views, saw the Northern lights too! The rest of the property was great. Loved using the fire pit. The surrounding nature was beautiful, the water, the trees
