My homestead is located on 4 1/2 acres of pastureland that currently have no animals. You will turn on Powell rd to reach the back portion. The camping spots are located on the back part of the property and along a refurbished shed that includes 1 added 30 amp plug; interior electric, clean well water delivery or hose filling in warmer months as well as a separately fenced area for visiting canines (Please only non-aggressive breeds unless leashed at your camp). My Golden has an invisible fence and is not allowed to visit campers unless permitted. Fires are only permitted and shared on the back patio of my home. Activities for fun on site include corn hole, firepit on lower patio along with a propane weber grill. Only 2-3 mile from Frontier Park and an electric bike ride to downtown to tour the museums, restaurants and shops.
Currently, new to hip camp and refurbishing the house and exterior so The Shed will be a working/congregating space with refrigerator/freezer, electric cooktop and indoor space with a fan so folks can escape their cars/vans. Wi-Fi is also available in the shed and the surrounding camp areas toward the building.
This was my dream come true property and I'm looking forward to sharing it with road warriors like me. Weather is forever changing here and clouds roll by fast leaving the most fabulous rainbows. I just ask that no fires of any kind be set at your site because the field is a fire hazard in the dry plains.

When the farm house was built in 1909, the cabin was already here. We bought the weed patch with the intention of starting a flower farm. It was a cattle feed lot years ago and the soil should be very fertile. We'll use the composted manure in the Spring.

Our chickens are friendly and used to dogs. Small RV/Tent site is better for small vehicles and tent camping. It is more protected. Medium site is still a work in progress out by the octagon pen. Large Pull Through site is better for large RVs and trailers.

I appreciated how easy this spot was to find, and despite other campers being present, there was still a sense of privacy. I found the hose welcoming and appreciated the access to an outdoor kitchen and shower.

My son and I had the best time staying at Mrs Vicky’s farm! The property is stunning and kept up to high standards. The host was the sweetest and kindest person. My 5yo and I felt comfortable and safe! Thank you for your generous and amazing hospitality.

Very peaceful, clean and friendly. Amazing bird watching location.

Camped here at two different locations on the Grasslands. It is very scenic and beautiful but Oil truckers and wind turbines are everywhere. It is very primitive you must bring your own water. Great place to bird and see wildlife.
