My homestead is located on 4 1/2 acres of pastureland that currently have no animals. You will turn on Powell rd to reach the back portion. The camping spots are located on the back part of the property and along a refurbished shed that includes 1 added 30 amp plug; interior electric, clean well water delivery or hose filling in warmer months as well as a separately fenced area for visiting canines (Please only non-aggressive breeds unless leashed at your camp). My Golden has an invisible fence and is not allowed to visit campers unless permitted. Fires are only permitted and shared on the back patio of my home. Activities for fun on site include corn hole, firepit on lower patio along with a propane weber grill. Only 2-3 mile from Frontier Park and an electric bike ride to downtown to tour the museums, restaurants and shops. Currently, new to hip camp and refurbishing the house and exterior so The Shed will be a working/congregating space with refrigerator/freezer, electric cooktop and indoor space with a fan so folks can escape their cars/vans. Wi-Fi is also available in the shed and the surrounding camp areas toward the building. This was my dream come true property and I'm looking forward to sharing it with road warriors like me. Weather is forever changing here and clouds roll by fast leaving the most fabulous rainbows. I just ask that no fires of any kind be set at your site because the field is a fire hazard in the dry plains.

When the farm house was built in 1909, the cabin was already here. We bought the weed patch with the intention of starting a flower farm. It was a cattle feed lot years ago and the soil should be very fertile. We'll use the composted manure in the Spring. Learn more about this land: Farm land off I-76 and Hwy 6. Set up camp under old cottonwood trees, between the wild plums and spruce trees. 31267 Road U, Brush CO 80723. Prewitt Reservoir and Elliot State Recreational Area nearby. Sunsets and sunrises are spectacular. See the stars at night. Wake up to the rooster's crow. We have alfalfa and corn to the north and grasslands to the south. Outhouse/port-o-potty is available. The train adds to the country feel. Irrigation ditch runs at least two days a week. Our chickens are friendly and used to dogs. Site #1 is better for small vehicles and tent camping. It is more protected. Site #2 is better for large RVs and trailers. Located down the road from nationally recognized Optimist disc golf course in Ft Morgan CO.

Near the intersection of County Rd 5 and Pelican Dr. This is an undeveloped property and not located in a neighborhood. We invite you to enjoy a beautiful lakefront property on the east side of Jackson Reservoir. It’s a great spot for a getaway, though the experience is rustic. Please note that this is dry camping only, so guests should plan accordingly and bring a generator if needed. The access road is currently rough and not fully maintained. While campers are welcome, the uneven terrain may not be suitable for all vehicles, so please use your best judgment. Once you arrive, there are plenty of activities to enjoy, including swimming, fishing, and paddleboarding. The water in this area is quite shallow. Nearby, you’ll also find ATV trails, and the state park on the west side of the reservoir offers a boat dock, showers, restrooms, and a small store.

This spot is as special as a purple sweet potato pie! You won't believe all the constellations you can see at night here, just ten minutes from downtown Fort Collins! This is a wonderful spot to fuel up or refuel after your grand Colorado adventure. I am one house west of the local grocery, hardware and pet stores, as well as catty-corner from Me Oh My Pie (delicious bakery and cafe), The Swing Station (Live Music & bar), and just one minute down the road from Vern's (cinnamon rolls and chicken friend steak!!). I also sit at the end of the Poudre Trail, a 21-mile paved recreation trail that follows the river down to Greely, CO. There is a loop in the driveway for turning around. Can only accommodate 15amp. No Sewer. No constant water access but can use hose in front yard.
