18 acres of country bliss featuring a red barn, pastures, a garden, livestock, and wide-open spaces. Enjoy views of the Rocky Mountains and prairies. Spring goat kids grow into grazing teens over the summer. The property is located adjacent to the Great Western Trail, which nearly connects to the Poudre River Trail for endless miles of walking and biking. We are located just west of Eaton—a small country town with almost everything you need. A short drive will get you to Fort Collins, Windsor, Severance, Timnath, and Greeley. Just a bit further, you can be in Loveland, Rocky Mountain National Park, or Cheyenne! These towns are meccas for brewery tours, bicycling, rodeos, music and festivals, movie theaters, golf courses, churches, sports campuses, the University of Northern Colorado or Colorado State University, restaurants both local and chain, as well as many opportunities for outdoor experiences—hiking, biking, sports, PRCA and PBR events, and more.
