18 acres of country bliss featuring a red barn, outbuildings, pastures, a garden, livestock, and wide-open spaces. Enjoy views of the Rocky Mountains and prairies. Spring goat kids grow into grazing teens over the summer. The property is located adjacent to the Great Western Trail, which nearly connects to the Pride River Trail for endless miles of walking and biking. We are located just west of Eaton. A short drive will get you to Fort Collins, Windsor, Severance, Timnath, and Greeley. Just a bit further, you can be in Loveland or Cheyenne! These towns are meccas for brewery tours, bicycling, rodeos, music and festivals, movie theaters, golf courses, churches, the University of Northern Colorado or Colorado State University, restaurants both local and chain, as well as many opportunities for outdoor experiences—hiking, biking, sports, PRCA and PBR events, and more. Easy access to Costco and Walmart.One farm camping site in the goat pasture. Harmon Farms’ rental agreement to be signed upon check in. One outlet provided if necessary. Potable water available. 2 well-behaved leashed dogs allowed. RV must sleep all guests and include working bathroom. Wake up to the big sky, wide open spaces, farm animals, and bird song.
