We loved staying on Tinaâs land! Our spot was quiet, peaceful, and tucked away right by the water. Unfortunately, with how little rain thereâs been, the water levels were pretty low, but it was still beautifulâand our pup had the best time splashing around! đž
We spent the afternoon walking along the sand, relaxing by the water, and watching a storm roll through. Such a peaceful and beautiful place to unwind. Weâd definitely stay again!
This spot delivered the perfect birthday weekend escape. Tina was an exceptional hostâŚkind, responsive, and genuinely above and beyond in every way. As a solo traveler on this trip I felt completely safe and at ease the entire time, which means everything.
The site itself is a dream⌠private, peaceful, with a beautiful private beach and one of the most breathtaking sunsets Iâve ever seen, followed by a stunning moonrise and a
stargazerâs sky. The firepit on the beach and the warm (but breezy) evening were priceless. Pure solitude. Pure magic.
So deeply grateful for this one. If youâre looking to unplug and reset, book it.
Note - this is nomadic camping, no restroom facilities. Cell service works great and Tina is responsive and helpful!

Lakeside at Jackson Reservoir
We had a wonderful, quiet stay camping right on the water at Jackson Lake. It was the perfect base for kayaking and paddle boarding, and our dogs absolutely loved being able to jump straight into the water. The views are incredible, and the atmosphere is very relaxing.
Site Access & Tips:
Accessing the site required driving through some grass; we used 4WD, which would definitely be necessary if the ground was wet, though a standard vehicle should be fine in dry conditions. There were some gnats, mosquitoes and ticks during our visit, but the host was very responsive and plans to keep the grass mown and add a fire pit and table soon, which will be awesome additions to the site!
Overall, a beautiful spot for a peaceful waterfront escape. Weâd definitely stay here again!
