Spot Highlights: 🚀 Location: Just a few blocks from the Cheyenne Frontier Days grounds (walkable for many!). Enjoy quick and easy access to and from the interstate. 🔌 Amenities: High-speed Wi-Fi and eco-friendly, solar-powered electricity from a battery bank. 📐 Parking Size: Main Spot: A clean, flat concrete pad measuring 25 feet long by 12 feet wide. Secondary/Flex Spot: An additional 30-foot slanted concrete area directly in front. 🔒 Space: Located in a quiet alley next to a private garage.The Outlaw Outpost - Cheyenne, WY Your basecamp for Cheyenne Frontier Days and easy access off I-80/I-25. Quick on/off from the interstate. * 🔌 **AMENITIES:** WiFi and eco-friendly solar-charged electricity (battery bank). * 📐 **PARKING SIZE:** * **Main Spot:** A clean, flat concrete pad, approximately 25' long by 12' wide. * **Secondary/Flex Spot:** An additional 30' concrete pad in front of the garage, slanted towards alley, so you would need leveling blocks. * 🔒 **SPACE:** Located in a quiet alley next to a private garage Property Description **Pull Up and Relax at The Outlaw Outpost.** If you are coming to Cheyenne for the "Daddy of 'em All"—or just need a secure, convenient pit stop off the interstate—The Outlaw Outpost is ready for you. Our goal is to provide a quick, simple, and comfortable stay, perfect for sprinter vans, class B/C motorhomes, and small travel trailers. **The Space** You will be parking next to our private garage and workshop. The main parking pad is a pristine, level concrete slab measuring around 25'L x 12'W. This area is completely flat, making setup incredibly easy. For those traveling with a chase vehicle or a longer setup, there is an additional 30' of unpaved space directly in front of the pad (making a total of ~40' of length). *Important Note:* This front 30' section slants down toward the alley and will require leveling blocks for any living setup. You can see the full transition of this space from the garage to the fence in pictures. **Access** Access is via a maintained alley, allowing for straightforward pull-in/back-out maneuverability. **Location, Location, Location!** We are one of the closest and most convenient private rentals for Cheyenne Frontier Days. Skip the overpriced hotels and massive campground chaos—you can easily walk or take a very short Uber ride directly to the main events. We are also situated just moments off the I-25/I-80 junction, making this an ideal stop for travelers crossing Wyoming. Enjoy a quiet, secure location with the pulse of the rodeo right around the corner. **Suggested Booking Rules:** * Max vehicle length on flat concrete pad: 22-25' * Total pull-through length (using slant): ~40' * Leveling blocks required for front 30' section. * Quiet hours strictly observed. * No black water dumping on site.
