Gypsy Moon Hideaway Primitive Camp
Super cute little spot in the brazos river, Amy was super helpful with anything I needed and theyve even got their own mini convenience store on property!

One overnight stay
Picture is a bit deceiving. It wasn't our cup of tea however it's a small interesting place.

Memories will be Made
Wonderful place! The river access, camping spots, bathroom, showers, animals, and slow pace of life all make this a wonderful place to be. Will definitely be back!

Worth it
Amy the host was very friendly, when we got there she lets you choose the spot you where you would want stay at ,so it is first come first serve. The place is very beautiful and well kept which includes a store and showers which are just perfect after a swim in the lake. The lake is not deep at all so it’s perfect for small kids because the deepest it gets is probably about three feet. But you can rent a canoe or kayak for $20 dollars a day and go down the lake about a mile in to fish. She has goats that you can pet and lots of chickens and ducks everywhere which is awesome. She even sells duck and chicken eggs which are good for a breakfast when you’re there. Honestly a 10/10 experience especially because of the positive energy give back :)
