Look, I loved this spot, and after being on the road across the country since June it was a welcome change from tent camping. 2 cons- 1- it says no cleaning fee, but I’m almost certain HipCamp charged me a cleaning fee. Not a huge deal, but when you’re on a budget on the road every penny counts. 2- I wanted to extend my stay, but didn’t want to pay another booking fee, the host never replied to my inquiry regarding that. The good! Amazing location, the safari tents are fantastic, everything was well kept, clean, and access felt secure as well as very exclusive! Perfect stargazing location, (I saw the northern lights) and I could see it being an amazing family camp out site. I’d come back, but I’d hope communication between campers and site host could be a bit more fluid.

Beautiful property with serene and quiet spots. The drive to our campsite was smooth, and easy to find with gravel the majority of the way. I didn’t use the shower facilities, but they looked nice.

The land is awesome. Weather was perfect, so we just slept outside the tent on the deck in a sleeping bag and hammock. We were there when their Halloween Haunted Woods was open, and that was amazing to experience!

Had a nice little one day retreat at this peaceful spot. Very close to I40 and several waterfalls! I would definitely recommend. Host was kind and accommodating!
