Peaceful RV Stay with Country Charm—Just Minutes from Twin Falls Enjoy a relaxed, rural escape on private acreage with sweeping views, starry skies, and friendly animals. We’re a young, working couple offering a welcoming stay just 7 minutes from I-84 and Twin Falls—close to local gems like Shoshone Falls, Snake River Canyon, Centennial Park, and farm-to-table dining. Our rates are a fraction of what local RV parks charge, and we offer great value with real country charm. This is our home, not a commercial campground—so while we take pride in our space, we keep it simple and genuine. What to Expect - Country landscaping with native plants and pollinator-friendly “weeds.” Goathead stickers are common in rural Idaho. - Shaded areas, open skies, and seasonal views of horses grazing. - Yardwork happens around our schedules and between guests. Garden & Fruit From July to October, guests may enjoy cherries, raspberries, apricots, peaches, plums, pears, and apples—depending on weather and timing. Just ask before picking, as not all fruit may be ripe or reachable. RV Site Options - Site 1: Full hookup with 50amp (30amp converter available) and water. - Site 2: Covered RV Bay with 30amp and water—fits big rigs and slide-outs. All sites are back-in only—please plan accordingly. Utilities - $35/night covers water, power, trash, and access to a shared half-bath. - No generators allowed out of courtesy for all guests. Pets Well-mannered dogs and horses welcome. The property isn’t fenced—please leash or supervise your dog. Our friendly pups may greet you, but we’re happy to keep them in if needed. Shared Bathroom A clean half-bathroom is located in our workshop. It’s optional and may be in use while we work nearby. Connectivity & Hospitality Good cell service, flexible check-ins, and a laid-back vibe. We’re nearby if you need us—otherwise, enjoy the peace and privacy. We welcome RVs, tent campers, and travelers with animals seeking a peaceful stay away from the crowds. Questions? Message us—happy to help!It is very quiet and peaceful. Enjoy waking up and having coffee while looking at the sheep, goats, and horses. When in season, pick your own fruit for breakfast or dessert. The property is very close to many attractions like Centennial Park and Shoshone Falls…You feel like you are far from the city, yet anything you need is within 10-20 minutes. Arte and Alexandria were excellent hosts. Their RV space was perfect for us including the bathroom and large sink. We enjoyed a peaceful green space with a picnic table for our meals. It was very quiet and peaceful!

We arrived later than expected. It was very quiet and peaceful. We weren't able to fit our motorhome in the bay but there was enough room on the gravel. A nice quiet spot to rest for the night.

I was able to stay last minute- they were easy to contact and friendly - though I never met them in person. It’s not particularly picturesque but it was a good location and nice to have a bathroom in the shop. Some sweet cows said hi to me in the morning too.

Great spot! Easy to back in and plenty of room for our two vehicles and trailers. The bathroom was clean and we enjoyed walking down the street to see the neighbors highland cows.

Arte & Alexandra were great hosts! Communication was super clear, so we had no problem finding our spot and settling in for a quick overnight stay. We appreciated their flexibility with our arrival timing. We had an easy level spot with hookups if desired. This was the perfect stop after visiting nearby Shoshone Falls. Thanks Arte & Alexandra!

We enjoyed one night at Arte & Alexandra’s property. We appreciated having use of the half bath, Alexandra’s conscientious communication and her patience as it was our first experience using the app to arrange camping. They live in a beautiful area.

Decent night stay. We were traveling through Twin Falls, and wanted a place we could plug in, do a quick hike in the Snake River canyon, then hit the road in the morning. This checked all the boxes. Good communication, and nice level spot.

It was great to stay so close to the city but still be able to camp. Alexandra was so friendly and kind. The accommodations were perfect for us and our dog loved watching the neighbor's sheep. Thanks for everything!

We had a relaxing and pleasant time at Ranchocita. It was easy access to Twin Falls where we enjoyed watching the base jumpers jump off the bridge over the Snake River, driving by some water falls, and eating some of the best ice cream we’ve ever had at Cloverleaf Creamery in downtown Twin Falls, all recommended by Alex. We were parked outside next to the outbuilding.

Great spot, very polite hosts, and detailed parking images as I arrived to the property. GPS takes you right there, easy to find. Assuming I enter the same race next year, I’ll be rebooking for sure. Close to the course and close to 3 different golf courses if that’s your thing.
