This is our home, not a commercial campground—so while we take pride in our space, we keep it simple and genuine. What to Expect - Country landscaping with native plants and pollinator-friendly “weeds.” Goathead stickers are common in rural Idaho. - Shaded areas, open skies, and seasonal views of horses grazing. - Yardwork happens around our schedules and between guests. Garden & Fruit From July to October, guests may enjoy cherries, raspberries, apricots, peaches, plums, pears, and apples—depending on weather and timing. Just ask before picking, as not all fruit may be ripe or reachable. RV Site Options - Site 1: Full hookup with 50amp (30amp converter available) and water. - Site 2: Covered RV Bay with 30amp and water—fits big rigs and slide-outs. All sites are back-in only—please plan accordingly. Utilities - $35/night covers water, power, trash, and access to a shared half-bath. - No generators allowed out of courtesy for all guests. Pets Well-mannered dogs and horses welcome. The property isn’t fenced—please leash or supervise your dog. Our friendly pups may greet you, but we’re happy to keep them in if needed. Welcome to Brasil Beef high desert pasture 🏜️ 🌵 Our property is 4 miles from BLM, 5 miles from the Mammoth caves and 10 miles from the Ice Caves. You may be greeted by horses, cattle or dogs on our property, and it's quite possible that you will encounter snakes 🐍 and hear coyotes at night (light sleepers take this into account). We do not have designated areas but, please don’t block the turn around area to the far south, please park wherever you desire, walk your route as this virgin ground has many rocks. 🪨 If leveling is an issue & you need to block the road, let’s verify we have no other campers coming. There is a runoff river that runs through the property in the early spring but, rarely has water, however, it has amazing lava rock (similar to Black Magic Canyon which isn’t far away); We also like to use it for campfires! Do not drive into the river bottom unless you have 4WD. Please reach out with questions and we look forward to your visit! Check out all of our extras! We raise Wagyu beef & offer liver dog treats, sourdough bread, we often have dozens of eggs on hand from a local chicken farmer and I make tallow lotion with a dear friend! I am happy to help you source anything you may be interested in while in our little community! 🚌-40ft+ Class A motorhome, traveling East down the 520N you need to turn left on the gravel road (North 250E) and right on 670N-at the stop sign turn right on 3 mile rd E and it will connect you to 520N where you will turn left into the property as the gate is angled to enter this way.

There is excellent outdoor recreation any season of the year. The great Snake River canyon is 2 miles away with nearby Nationally Recognized Shoshone Falls, the Niagra of the West, with a drop of nearly 500 feet.We truly live in an amazing part of the world! Nearly every day of the year you can watch the BASE jumpers from the Perrine bridge, one of the only legal places in the country. You name it, you can do it here. We're only a few hours from Yellowstone National Park and historic Sun Valley is 90 mins north or the famous City of Rocks rock climbing area can be found south of here.About 45 minutes to an hour north of here is Craters of the Moon National Monument for some excellent caving hiking and exploring.We use this area for storing vehicles or riding toys so please be respectful of our homes and the neighbors.

Weekend Trip to Creekside Retreat

we stayed here for the second time in about 10 days (on each end of our xmas road trip). joshua was a wonderful host. he made sure everything was ready for us, the lights were on and pellet stove was on so it was nice and warm when we arrived. the first time we stayed, we arrived on xmas night and there was event a little xmas tree out front lit up which was a cute touch and the kids enjoyed it, even though we were all tired by the time we got there. there was plenty of room for our family. the yurt is pretty spacious and very clean and modern. the kids enjoyed the tiered bunkbed and hot coco in the keurig. we had everything we needed to make food and enjoy respite on our journey. joshua is a very thoughtful and responsive host. we will definitely stay here again when we pass through the area.

This is a lovely, clean, modern yurt in the country. We really enjoyed staying here one night on our road trip. The dogs in the area were barking throughout the night, so we did have to use the earplugs provided (thank you!). I will probably use a noise machine next time. Other than that, this place is fabulous and the hosts are very thoughtful and kind.

Really enjoyed our stay at Marni’s site! It had everything we needed for a comfortable overnight stop - potable water, a nice campfire area, and a safe, quiet spot before heading down to Lake Tahoe. The two pygmy goats were adorable, and Tonks the kitty totally stole the show - she’s so friendly and social, and made the whole experience extra fun (and hilarious). Marni was an awesome host - super chill, welcoming, and attentive. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed staying in our camper van. The hookups were convenient, the shared bathroom was perfect, and the fruit trees were a hit with my wife. We also enjoyed a beautiful sunset shortly after arriving.

We loved camping on Brett's land!! Very peaceful site with fantastic views!!! Was nice to be away from a crowded camping site. He also responded quickly when tried reaching him with a question about his location. Would definitely recommend staying here!

1 night at The Mendoza Ranchette

We made a late reservation through Hipcamp. I messaged Arte and Alexandra and they were quick to respond. They answered all my many questions promptly. We tent camped in their driveway while 2 other rv campers were close by on the same property. The farming next to the property was very loud the next morning…early. I had no problem with the owners or property. I felt safe and comfortable. They have a small orchard on the property with the best green apples!! I would camp there again.
