A beautifully wooded half acre, corner lot located on a quiet road near Lake Cascade. It is situated just across the lake from Tamarack Ski Resort, with tons of hiking and biking trails, boating, and fishing nearby. The lot is a quick .4 mile walk or drive to the Boulder Creek State Park boat launch and beach area. The towns of Donnelly and Cascade are just a short drive away as well. There are two RV spots available as well as space for tent camping if needed. This listing is for the entire property. **NOTE: there is electric and water hookup for ONE, and sewer hookups for TWO. The power on site includes one 30 amp outlet and one 110v outlet that may also be used with the proper adapter. **We have one extension cord available for your use if needed. Great location, very quiet spot. Much of the road to it is paved now. And its quite close to Boulder Beach. We parked a 29ft 5th wheel and 26ft bumper pull without any trouble. Although we are seasoned trailer maneuvers and boondockers. Thanks for your great communication Kelci!

We loved the privacy, view of the Osprey nest, and the short walk to the lake! It’s a perfect camping spot! We will definitely come back. The host is very sweet and responsive too.

Great location, easy to get in and out and seems really private. Area is quiet and not a lot of traffic on the road. Host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend. We enjoyed the osprey in the nest with its mate, in the neighbors yard. Beautiful

We love this spot it was awesome!!!!!! Close to the lake a lot of shade and privacy. Kelci was quick to respond on any questions we had. Would book it again great spot!!!!!!

Very close to Lake Cascade beautiful sandy beach. Quiet neighborhood. Quaint town. Be sure to bring 50 ft. Extension cord.

Great site! Nice spot, full hookups. The main spot is a little tight to get a bigger trailer in but not bad with a little jockeying around. Nice fire pit area, peaceful

Gorgeous wildlife & privacy abounds

This is a beautiful place. While it’s in sort of a subdivision & there are neighbors nearby, it managed to still feel very private and I disturbed. There were several deer on the edges of camp each morning & nesting osprey in an enormous tree as well. I loved watching the babies the whole weekend, as they began to all practice taking flight & gliding above me. There is a fire pit already in place & the site was fairly level. There were a couple of snags & one is described in the listing. The electrical box is at least 50 ft from where you’d park an RV for full hook ups. If you don’t have a long enough cord then definitely take Kelci up on the extension (we managed with our 50 ft cord & a surge protector). The well pump is probably 50 ft in another direction from the site but has a 100 ft hose, so hooking up there is fine. Our 24 ft RV was easy to level, but the sewer drain on both sites sits up a bit higher than most RV resorts or parks. The ground isn’t entirely level leading from the normal exit site on an RV, and even using the hose supports wasn’t enough to get it to drain properly. IF you keep the RV parked forward enough then it might be less of an issue but we had already backed in & set up when we discovered this. We ended up pulling right next to it at the end to use it as a dump site & that worked fine, so is also an option. The opening to back an RV into is wide enough but you do have to back in carefully between a large rock hiding a water spigot & a network box.

Great spot to camp with others not super close. Power water and sewer availability made it a great trip with no stopping to dump on our way home.

Great place for camping. We had plenty of room for our trailer and tents. It’s close to town and recreational adventure spots. Lots of trees for shade too!
