Close to town of Wallace but not too close. Very nice field with trees surrounding. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming.

Loved our stay! We were bike packing across MT to WA, so the name was quite fitting. 5 min ride up from Wallace, and lots of space - amazing quality shower that we SUPER appreciated!! Since it was just us we actually pitched our tent in the covered firepit area and used the awesome infrastructure for cooking tables / hanging up clothes to dry. Would recommend!

Really peaceful serene lot with good bathroom/shower facilities, and fire pit. It was tight getting in and out with a 44ft 5th wheel so I probably wouldn't get any longer than that. Wallace was a quaint little town and my son loved the mine tour.

The property has a close proximity to Wallace activities and dining. It was easy to access the property. The bathrooms and showers were nice and clean. The covered fire pit was amazing!

We loved the location, multiple options for bike rides and the town of Wallace was a lot of fun.
We were also pleasantly surprised at how private the place felt from any neighboring parcels. The communication with Lou was very easy!

It was a great place for camping, super close to trails and the town of Wallace. The bathrooms & showers were great, even though most of our group used their RV's. The covered fire pit was a plus. We donated our left over wood, for who ever needs it.

We needed a place to set up tents. We got that, flushing toilets, and water to clean our gear.
Super easy to get to after a ride and a few brews downtown Wallace.

We would definitely stay again. The host, Louie, was super responsive. It was a pretty area just outside of town. We had a level spot for our tent on the grass under a shade tree. It would be a great place for a group to camp, with a central area and fire pit. We had hot showers and flush toilets available and missed the self-cleaning instructions so our apologies to Louie. The night stars were beautiful.

Such a sweet little spot! It was just me and another family when I stayed. The owners were extra kind and allowed me to park by the "saloon" so I could use shore power instead of my battery. It was lovely and quiet. The shower was hot in the morning and the fire pit area was wonderful to share with the other family. I would definitely stay there again.

My family loved camping on Lou’s property. The host was kind, the property is clean, hot showers, and cute bathrooms. We had fun making a fire in the evening. If we ever need a place to stay and we’re passing through, we’d definitely return.

The name alone made us want to try out Achin’ Ass Acres. Louie was extremely communicative and helpful. We put the address in and went past it, so make sure you click on his link in the app. The gate lock was easy and we were the only campers there so we had our pick of space. It’s an open gravel area. The Saloon isn’t a working saloon, which we were a little disappointed about, but it’s cute on the outside. Everything seems to be made from reclaimed items, which is charming. The bathroom with shower is clean and organized, but we didn’t need to use it. It’s in a canyon of sorts and it’s beautiful.

We got to enjoy Achin’ Ass Acres all by ourselves - so fun! It’s a unique place with personality! There are many places you could set up, though we chose to stay on the gravel in between the “saloon” and the “happy crapper” since it was so level and easy. I could see this place being a paradise for dogs with lots of space to explore - next time we’ll have to bring ours along. Louie was super responsive before and during our stay and made sure we were all set - this was very much appreciated. Thanks again Louie!

Absolutely love the environment and humor of Aching Ass Acres.. Recommended to our family and friends. Close to town and a nice confined grassy area to stay simple and easy.

Off the beaten path, but still close to town. Clean and stocked bathhouse. Nice fenced property, it spoiled my dogs for the rest of our road trip.

This was the perfect spot for us to stay for the night. Just off the freeway and close to the town of Wallace. The property is on a quiet road in a safe area. The grassy field was fairly level where we parked so we did not need to use our leveler with our Class B van. The bathroom facilities were roomy and clean, and perfect for showering after a long day of exploring. The fire pit was amazing! Wood and chairs were provided. We joined 4 other campers around the campfire after dinner and had a relaxing evening sharing camping stories. Great experience!

Louie’s Achin’ Ass Acres was just what we needed. Nothing more and nothing less. We were the only two campers there and so we had our pick of locations and the facilities were good. The location was very convenient to Wallace and a great brew pub just down the road.

Great place!
They have a large communal fire pit and bathrooms with hot showers, what more do you want!
Odds are you will be the only person here.
Great place to stay as you explore Wallace and the surrounding areas.
Make sure you you do the Hiawatha trail as well!

We had an amazing stay! We were a group of 5 bikepacking the PANRAM and this was the perfect location to camp so close to Wallace. Showers were amazing and we loved the fire pit as well. Thanks so much!

We really enjoyed staying here. We ended up being the only ones there and had so much space. The bathrooms are much nicer than anticipated. It’s a very short bike ride to downtown Wallace which we went for the Huckleberry Festival. The grounds were well maintained we would definitely stay there again.
