What a kind and interesting man David is. A beautiful site. Steep windy drive to get there but fabulous place. Wide open views. Sweet area to settle in. Free play for the dog. Just a wonderful stay.

The host might have explained more about where his property extends, and where the boundaries are located. Other than that I can't complain too much, but it would have been nice if he notified his guests about what to expect as far as local wildlife is concerned and any other helpful or interesting information about the property. After spending multiple nights there he informed me there might be a porcupine or porcupines on his property, so I should keep my dogs close even though it is apparently a 150 acre property and if my dogs runoff beyond my supervision they always tend to return when I call for them. So generally, better communication would have been ideal. The host seemed like he was mostly to himself (aside from the first night I stayed when I met him for a few minutes). He did offer text communication through the app which was okay. The campsite was okay, he did offer use of his clothes line. It was a little tight as far as maneuvering my vehicle in and out of the camping spot but the dogs loved the off-leash aspect of the property. There's also some sort of road/off-road trail system around his property that loops back to the campsite, so if you don't know about that trail system you might end up wasting time and gas looping if he doesn't tell you about it and how to and how not leave his property in your vehicle.

David was very prompt when I first arrived. Gave me an over view of the property and numerous trails. It was quiet and an enjoyable site. Thumbs up for anybody camping with RV or tenting

Great area to camp at and the camp host was very helpful telling us about things to do in the area. Very quiet but still easy to get to town activities and lake recreation activities. If you have rv trailer longer then 30 feet it might be a little challenging to get up the hill to to the campsite. We definitely will be back:)

David’s land was quiet, yet close to Cd’A and he was very hospitable to us. It was very clean and beautiful, and we wish we could’ve stayed another night before continuing our journey! AT&T had a couple LTE bars so you’re also not disconnected if you don’t want to be. Highly recommend.

This is the perfect spot if you want an amazing view, privacy, and hiking trails within. We saw turkey's, deer, elk, and many different birds. David was very accommodating and replied within minutes when we reached out. The best Hipcamp spot we have found in 6 years, highly recommend.

David's property was perfect for my wife and I as we were traveling through town. There were several sites to choose from, potable water, and a nice fire ring/table area. It was very clean, quiet, and private. David was super welcoming and we would 100% stay again!

Rustic, with the buzz of crickets and coyotes. David ran out to meet us, gracious and helpful though we had to hit the road early. Fresh water, flat grass, beautiful dark, and a quiet rest. Loved it, would come back.

David was a stellar host. The location and amenities were a perfect match for our needs. The site was quiet and secluded but also offered opportunity to gather with with others around a communal fire pit, if desired. We were the only campers there, but still appreciated the communal area because it was an opportunity to enjoy time away from our campervan. Would definitely book again if we return to the area.
