What an awesome experience this place was! The property is gorgeous. Matthew and his family came and greeted us upon arrival. Very nice people! There were paddle boards to take on the lake, firewood all stocked up, and even had a black stone hooked up to the grill. Property was clean and well kept. Definitely will be coming back as we got engaged here!

Hello. Our stay left a lot to be desired. You all definitely have a spider infestation that needs attention. Spiders were all over all of the water toys. All throughout the boat sand box. My kids were incredibly disappointed and frightened. My baby was highly upset that she couldnt play in the one area intended for her. Thankfully the paddle boards didnt have areas for spiders to hide after we thoroughly cleaned them off. My kids are troopers and rallied, but it kind of sucked. I would actively discourage others from staying here. For our one vacation a year that our tight budget allows us, this was really a let down.

The pictures don’t do this location justice, it’s simply perfect. The closeness of the water, the docks, the paddle-boards and raft— the fire pit- they’re all incredible. But what really makes this spot amazing are the owners, Matt and Tamara. They’re amazing! Super friendly, incredibly helpful, and you can tell they genuinely care about your experience. They greeted us when we arrived, helped us get settled, and made us feel right at home from the start. Everything about this location is exactly what you’d want in a getaway. We’ll be booking our 3rd trip next year!

Beautiful slice of heaven with absolutely lovely hosts. Fantastic amenities, paddle boards, a kayak, etc and so peaceful. The view is to die for.

Absolutely, horrible. Due to a sever spider infestation we did not get to stay the three days. Could not use wifi because it never worked and is solor powered. Still was charged all three days and had to run into town to contact host many times to no avail. The "lake" is swamp off the doc not "lake." My daughter encountered a huge spider egg sack and almost busted it open. The entire place is covered in spider webs and egg sacks. I paid nearly 400 for this "experience." Hipcamp and the host agreed to this. Do. Not. Book unless you are OK with spider infestations.

Truly quiet and peaceful. Restrooms and cabin were clean and all set up. My son and I slept in a tent down by the water and the girls slept in the cabin. Plenty of shade and a nice fire pit stocked with wood. We will be back again soon!

What an amazing space Matthew and Tamara have created. They seem to have thought of everything you could possibly need and we're extremely helpful in explaining everything and checking in. The lake is gorgeous and the property is breathtaking. I hope to come back soon. It is a trip I won't forget.

What an AMAZING site! I do agree with others, the walk down to the property was pretty steep, but not at all a hindrance or an issue. I actually thought it added to the privacy of the site as you could not see much- if any- of the few cars that did pass by. Matt and Tamara stopped by shortly after we arrived, and showed us where a few of the remotes were and how to turn on and work the WiFi. (Both were mentioned in the directions from the welcome email- but if you’re like me- you’ll appreciate the extra help!) Overall this was one of our favorite sites and I hope they keep it open for us all to enjoy for years to come!

In August with temps forcasted in the mid 90 s we were very comfortable. The camp site gets morning sun until about 1100 then is in the shade the rest of the day. The land owner is near by. He stopped by to make sure we were happy and informed about the area.

Property was nice and clean, with a great view! Hosts were friendly and fast responders about the questions I had. Our group appreciated that there were two clean bathrooms, and automatic lights during the night. Try to come during daylight as the property is below road level and can be easy to miss. If you have mobility issues, I don't recommend as the path to the site is quite steep and slippery. Had a great time, and would definitely come back!

What a hidden gem! This place was a perfect oasis after a long day of driving. So much fun watching the dogs play in the water and having such a cozy spot to sleep. Sunset and morning views were INCREDIBLE! Watched hummingbirds after waking up and soaked in the peacefulness!

This is a very private and charming spot for campers. The outdoor shower in the morning by the lakeside was top !
My kiddos all slept comfy in the cabin whilst my husband and I slept down the path in their yurt tent provided.
One downfall were the thousand yellow jackets it made it difficult to feed the kiddos outside. Other than that if we ever go back go yellow stone or spokane we will be back! They even offered a boat ride which was so sweet.

Very friendly host! We had 2 kids and two older dogs with us and they did great, even with the very hilly hillside.lol.
The cabin was a small one room structure with a big deck. Waking up to the water was amazing. Would definitely come back again!!!!!! Thank you for having us!
