Tiny Urban Overlook
The perfect cozy budget stay
Our time at Tiny Urban Overlook was perfect! Cam thought of absolutely everything for our stay and was even prepared to shovel a snow path in the morning for us if it snowed overnight. It was very cozy, clean, and perfect for what we were looking for. We would definitely stay here again!

Best Place Ever
Wow!! I can’t fully describe how grateful I am to have found this gem/experience Cam & their family’s wonderful hospitality. You will instantly fall in love with the tiny home, and all the cute local touches that are provided throughout your stay. There’s local ground coffee/beer that seriously hits the spot. My flight into Denver was super late and I didn’t end up getting to the tiny home until about 3am, but Cam made sure I had enough lighting, instructions, and their direct contact info just in case I had any issues getting in. As a solo female traveler who’s used Air B&B/Hip Camp numerous times in the past, I so appreciated the care and felt right at home. Seriously book this place for as long as you can, my only regret is not extending my stay longer lol! But I’ll definitely be back, and can’t wait to pick up the same ground coffee that’s in the tiny home so I can bring a little piece home with me to California! Thanks again Cam and family :)

If you want have the experience to stay in a Tiny House, is great for you. Is quiet, very clean, comfortable, I really felt like home. Cam is very helpful and friendly, she's a super host! I love it, definitely I recommend and I'll be happy to stay there. Thanks so much!

Tiny Urban Overlook
We loved our time at the tiny home! I've found that staying in non-hotels can be super affordable for groups but not so much for 1-2 people. So, when my partner and I aren't camping etc. we end up at a hotel. This was an amazing place to stay and super appreciate Cam and fam keeping it affordable by not adding a giant cleaning fee. Apart from the affordability we found our stay so enjoyable and cozy. There was such an attention to detai- all the kitchenware, games, books, etc. The bed was super big and comfy. I could go on but will end with a solid recommendation and a thank you to our hosts!

The tiny house was perfect!!!!! In town very quiet!!!!!! Close to everything you need!!!!! I would recommend 100%!!!!!! Cam has very good communication at all times!!!!!!

Great Tiny Home experience!
We loved the the tiny home, great set up. Hosts are on top of everything. Great welcome, beer and cider from local breweries in the fridge upon arrival. Will definitely be coming back.

Perfect (Tiny)Home Base
Cam’s tiny house was a treat! Plenty of space for the 3 of us- actually larger than other tiny houses I’ve stayed in. Easy access to our car parked on the street, quick drive to and from Red Rocks, and sweet, thoughtful touches that really made our trip. We appreciated all the helpful and interesting info in the binder AND the adorable postcard. Thanks for having us.

My R&D was a success here!
Loved trying out the tiny home lifestyle! I'm bummed I didn't get to explore the immediate area, but Cam did an excellent job putting together a great welcome binder with helpful suggestions. I'm actually setting up glamping in AZ and was considering adding tiny homes, so this trip served for great research. Personal touches, thoughtful amenities, super comfy bed and clear instructions... what more could you ask for? Highly recommend and will book again

This tiny home was everything I wanted in a first time tiny home experience. Beautiful craftsmanship, you can just feel the love that was poured into creating this! I loved how the host thought of everything, including some complimentary snacks and things in the fridge to help you if you forgot something. Will most definitely be staying here again!

Tiny Urban Overlook
My girlfriend and I loved staying at the Tiny Urban Outlook! Cam was very responsive, making sure we had everything we needed before we checked in. The tiny house is adorable and feels brand new. Everything was so clean, cozy, and functional. I was surprised at the amount of storage there was to store bags, etc and the bed was VERY comfortable. The bathroom was pretty roomy for it being a tiny house and the water in the shower got hot which was nice on a cold, rainy, Saturday. You can tell Cam really thought of every detail when creating this cozy space. There was also an awesome welcome book with everything you need to know about the house and the neighborhood, including recommendations of where to eat. The central location was the perfect distance between downtown Denver, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, and Golden where I was visiting my brother. We really enjoyed having a queer-friendly place to stay and would absolutely stay here again next time we're in Denver! :)

Cam’s place was truly exceptional and a work of art. The best and most memorable first tiny house experience a person can ask for. It was so impeccably clean, well stocked with all the essentials and more, including the kitchen and bathroom. Incredibly comfortable bed and sofa! Quiet neighborhood and conveniently located with easy access to major roads and the highway, especially if you’re going out west. Will definitely recommend and stay here again.

This sweet house is planted right in an urban neighborhood, but it felt private, safe and sheltered in the back yard of a private residence. There was even a little back patio area that was fenced, with a view of neighbors' trees and sun/moonrise.

Tiny house was great! We loved staying there! Everything was exceptionally clean and it had everything you needed. Loved that everything was eco-friendly too! Loved the binder guide that shared everything about the tiny home, things to do in the area and good restaurants. You can really tell they poured their love into this cute space!

Cozy Tiny Home :)
I loved the Tiny Home! It was super cute and cozy. You can see downtown from it too. It was stocked with essentials and things you may have forgotten on your trip which was very convenient. There's also a welcome book with local recommendations to try out! I loved every minute of being there. :)

Cozy getaway near downtown!
We actually booked this property after coming across a video of it on TikTok! We saw that there was availability coinciding with our trip to Denver, so we booked immediately. The tiny house is cozy but still has everything you might need or forgot to bring from home. It's located in a quiet neighborhood that's just a quick drive to downtown. There's also a binder that shares local spots to visit for food, entertainment, and more (we used it to pick our dinner spots each night!) We would absolutely stay again!
