Once covered by a giant glacier, Jenny Jump State Forest is now a lovely wooded wonderland of rolling hills, carved moraines, and boulders that leave evidence of its icy past. Trails to the top of Jenny Jump Mountain lead to panoramic views of the mountain ranges in the distance, with valleys and meadows scattered about. Stargazers will love the UACNJ Observatory where seasonal astronomy presentations and observing sessions are held. Even if your name isn’t Jenny (pretty cool if it is though!), jump on down here for a grand ole time in the forest.
