Granville State Forest is as remote as it gets in Massachusetts. Bordering Connecticut’s 9152 acre Tunxis State Forest, this 2426 acres forest feels like it goes on forever. Historically used by the Tunxis Tribe for hunting and fishing, and then as farmland, this wilderness area is now back again to it’s original hardwood conifer state. Come stay at the forested campground for some R&R and leave feeling recharged!
