When to Go
Bean Hollow State Beach enjoys pleasant weather year round, but don't expect hot, sunny beach days in the summer months: July and August highs usually hover around the mid 70s. Weekends can get busy here and the parking lot is small, so it's wise to arrive early if you want to secure a spot, particularly in summer. Note that this part of the coast can get rainy in the cooler months of November through April.
