Our property offers an expansive and imaginative range of recreational activities. The lake, crafted decades ago by the Army Corps of Engineers, receives fresh, clean, and refreshing water from a local creek, flowing out underground to the next neighbor. Enjoy the sandy swimming area or bring your own non-motorized water toys.
Safety is paramount; there is no lifeguard on duty at the lake, so please ensure everyone wears life preservers and stays mindful of water risks, especially children. Children under 12 must be supervised near the water.

PET OWNERS PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Please declare any pets on the “Who’s Coming” page. We have noticed an influx of owners that do not let us know and show up with dogs as we need to go over additional information. There is no additional fee but since we have livestock roaming freely around the property, to ensure their safety, long leads are highly encouraged especially if dogs do not have exceptional recall. They must be on leash no exceptions since we have had one too many situations with untrained dogs chasing after animals and not listening. Thank you!

Nestled at the foothills of Mount Rainier, we are a serene farm 45 miles away from Seattle. I live here with my partner Khohay who now takes care of his family farm which used to be his late aunts Soma Institute of Structural Integration School (now ran by his brother on Whidbey Island).

AMENITIES/THINGS TO DO:
-There is a communal bunkhouse on property available to guests with a flushable toilet and a hot water shower. It also includes a kitchenette and we welcome you to use any of the kitchen/cookware and appliances. Our 2 Frenchies also stay in this building but they love humans and all the attention you can give them!
-There is an infrared sauna that can sit up to 3 people located next to the yurt accompanied by a cold plunge as an add-on.
-You are welcome to wander around the entire property and grab fruit daily from the trees when in season or have us get you farm fresh eggs from the coop to eat for breakfast.
-Say hello to the animals (sheep, goats, chickens, cats and dogs) or go for a walk/run around the countryside roads with walking/running/biking adventures available to you along the beautiful and paved Foothills Trail extending from Enumclaw to Puyallup.
-Communal fire pit areas with picnic table and chairs available when fire ban is not in effect. We have a moveable metal one which we can transport to your camp spot if preferred. We sell a milkcrate full of wood for $10 if needed.

Tiny is the ultimate little cabin in the woods! Super beautiful property, extremely comfortable bed, perfect amount of “middle of nowhere”! Both Mary and Lloyd were great hosts and extremely accommodating. Although, I wish I had known prior to staying just how close to their home Tiny actually is, luckily we were happy with the company!

We had the best weekend camping on this beautiful farm! The campsite was super spacious and the view over the meadow at sunset was just amazing. We spent two perfect evenings by the fire making s’mores and relaxing under the stars.
Our kids absolutely loved helping feed the goats, and we felt so welcome by Jenel and Khohay. It is a special little getaway where everyone could slow down and enjoy nature.
We’d happily come back anytime — highly recommend this place!

This spot truly is a treasure. Warm lake, private little inlet with lots of options no matter the age. My kids loved the pirate theme and had a few treasure hunts; my teenage daughter stayed on the paddleboard. The kids were up early to fish and went to bed wiped out every night. It is hard to entertain the entire family, but this place has pretty much taken the pressure off and provided a special experience for everyone to enjoy the time spent here!

The creek sound near the tent, the privacy, and the happy animals walking around made it extra special. Jene and Khohay are incredibly friendly and kind. Weekend Trip to The Khohay Farm
Jenel and Khohay are so so sweet. And their little cabin was the perfect weekend getaway for me to relax and enjoy some alone time. The farm fresh eggs were yummy and I loved staring out the back of the deck on the sheep’s and goats roaming around the property while listening to the gentle babble of the brook. The space might be tight for two people, especially in the winter if it’s cold and you don’t want to be on the deck which functions as an extended living space.

Weekend Trip to The Village at Rainier
Super cute little cabin! Just as described, it’s perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Plenty of amenities were provided. Theres a toaster oven in the room and a portable single stove. Dishes, bowls, cups and cooking utensils are all in the room. You’ll have to bring your own towel though. Firewood was also sold on property. Really close to the Longmire entrance of Mt rainier national park.

I loved staying in this cabin! Location is close to a couple lakes we fished at during the day. Cabin included a kitchenette, bathroom, small couch, heating, and a loft bed. Hot tub was amazing and we also had a fire at the fire pit.

Nice and quiet. Pay the extra money to stay on the river front spots if you can! Note: You can’t buy firewood after hours.

This was the first time camping as a family and we absolutely loved it. It wasn't too crowded and the campers that were there were very friendly. Staff drove around and ensured that everything was going well and if we had any issues they there to help.

Was a great get away camping experience for my toddler and I. The owner was very kind and welcoming and made us feel right at home. It was so quiet and peaceful. The sunset is very beautiful from the property entrance over the ridgeline. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and unique experience.

Can’t beat the location! Electric hook up, water, toilets and hot showers for the price makes this place a steal. Will definitely be back in the summer once more trails open up!

We loved the place, it was quiet and comfortable.
Bathroom and shower were clean. The site seeing train came bye a few times on the weekend, we had a good experience and we will definitely be back.
