End of the road. Start of an epic camping weekend. River to the side, Cascade foothill surround. Each site has river access except for lookers left which is not accessible due to the steep grade. Close to the north cascades. Minutes from live music, bars and quality mexican restaurant. Rails to trail for bikes and walking. Tward the end of july the river starts to recede opening up more possibilities of having interaction with the river. That being said its crucial you keep an eye out on your kids. We had a guy out here who almost killed his kids multiple times underestimating the current. Watch out!!Kinda going for the peaceful, listen to the river and birds, vibe. June Bud Farms was established in 1960s. Blending two single parents, each with 4 kids. While June & Bud raised 8 kids, they collected Registered Holsteins for their quaint dairy. As the Dairy grew to 110 acers home to 120 heifers', they soon had to add an additional milking parlor. From milking 4 cows to a staggering 12 at once, Bud made the paper for the cutting edge technology! As time marches on, the kids all grown, the little farm retired. Fast forward to 2020, its time to breath new life into this stout and sturdy barn. Cows are not in the current foreseeable future, but flowers are. We will carry on the name of Grandma June and Grandpa Bud. The play on the names is still quite fitting, and June Bud Farms continues to live on.

This is a hidden gem! This is waterfront on the river where you can relax, play in the river with your own beach for your stay. It's a Very beautiful private open RV and Trailer Site on the Skagit River.
I have currently owned the property for 10 or so years. This is one of my happy places to bring friends and family and relax. This is where we get our river therapy. Nothing better than sitting by the camp fire watching the river flow and listening to the nature.
There is a nice big fire pit as well as a log picnic table. Lots of room to lounge around and enjoy the peace and quiet. Watch the eagle and fish on the river as you sit by the campfire. Kayak down the river from RockPort bridge and pull out right at camp. It's about a two and half hour float down with a Kayak right to camp.
Close drive to Baker Lake for the day to hike or sight see. An hour or so away from North Cascade Hwy passes. Or if you feel like a drive, head to Winthrop for the day and walk the town. Fishing can be done right at the site or a short walk to the point. Check the fishing regulations for the time of year you want to fish.

18 acres of the property is agricultural land that is open space. The owners have a small garden and some fruit trees that are for owner's use only, but you are happy to walk around and tour the garden. Approximately 5 acres of the property is mowed for recreational use.
There is a dock for fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking or boating. The lake is open to boats, but no jet skis are allowed. You can bring your own water toys and play on the lake all day. There is open space for camping but no running water. The property has a firepit and porta potty for campers use.
You will likely see wildlife like eagles (nest nearby), deer, geese, ducks, birds and of course clear, starry night, skies.
*This is a working farm so while often you will have the property to yourself and other campers the owners may be present, occasionally, to work on farm projects and property maintenance in the periphery. We will always be respectful or your space and keep our projects to reasonable hours.

We are located 4 minutes from the town of Marblemount were there is 2 gas stations with some food and drink items, propane and a small hardware section year round. Marblemount has 3 restaurants open in the summer. The town also a post office.
We are 15 minutes from the North Cascades National Park and an entrance to the Pacific Crest Trail.
We offer fire wood ($5.00 a bundle), propane fire pits ($15.00 a night, please request ahead via messaging to Heather ) and in season vegetables (price varies depending). You can pay cash or Venmo on site.

Lummi Island is one of many islands that make up the San Juans. Home of a little under 1000 permanent residents, it is one of the easiest assessable islands as it has a regular ferry that runs daily, on the hour every hour from roughly 6am-midnight. On the Island there is a restaurant, a convenience store, farmers markets in the summer months, farm stands, artist tours and a delicious coffee cart most Thursday-Sundays. There are multiple public beaches, and this particular spot is part of the "Scenic Estates" which offers additional amenities including a swimming lake, playground, marina and boat launch all assessable within a 3 minute drive.
The gazebo is a truly unique camping experience. There is a potty tent with a portable toilet. Please pack in and out all things. There is an option to rent a propane tank with a fire pit for an additional charge, but we ask no recreational fires as there is no water access at the gazebo.
This property does have neighbors, but is pretty private. Please be respectful of them as well as Mother Nature. The outdoors await!

June Bud Farms was established in 1960s. Blending two single parents, each with 4 kids. While June & Bud raised 8 kids, they collected Registered Holsteins for their quaint dairy. As the Dairy grew to 110 acers home to 120 heifers', they soon had to add an additional milking parlor. From milking 4 cows to a staggering 12 at once, Bud made the paper for the cutting edge technology! As time marches on, the kids all grown, the little farm retired. Fast forward to 2020, its time to breath new life into this stout and sturdy barn. Cows are not in the current foreseeable future, but flowers are. This is a hidden gem! This is waterfront on the river where you can relax, play in the river with your own beach for your stay. It's a Very beautiful private open RV and Trailer Site on the Skagit River.
I have currently owned the property for 10 or so years. This is one of my happy places to bring friends and family and relax. This is where we get our river therapy. Nothing better than sitting by the camp fire watching the river flow and listening to the nature.
There is a nice big fire pit as well as a log picnic table. Lots of room to lounge around and enjoy the peace and quiet. Watch the eagle and fish on the river as you sit by the campfire. Kayak down the river from RockPort bridge and pull out right at camp. It's about a two and half hour float down with a Kayak right to camp.
Close drive to Baker Lake for the day to hike or sight see. An hour or so away from North Cascade Hwy passes. Or if you feel like a drive, head to Winthrop for the day and walk the town. Fishing can be done right at the site or a short walk to the point. Check the fishing regulations for the time of year you want to fish.

18 acres of the property is agricultural land that is open space. The owners have a small garden and some fruit trees that are for owner's use only, but you are happy to walk around and tour the garden. Approximately 5 acres of the property is mowed for recreational use.
There is a dock for fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking or boating. The lake is open to boats, but no jet skis are allowed. You can bring your own water toys and play on the lake all day. We are 15 minutes from the North Cascades National Park and an entrance to the Pacific Crest Trail.

Lummi Island is one of many islands that make up the San Juans. Home of a little under 1000 permanent residents, it is one of the easiest assessable islands as it has a regular ferry that runs daily, on the hour every hour from roughly 6am-midnight. On the Island there is a restaurant, a convenience store, farmers markets in the summer months, farm stands, artist tours and a delicious coffee cart most Thursday-Sundays. There are multiple public beaches, and this particular spot is part of the "Scenic Estates" which offers additional amenities including a swimming lake, playground, marina and boat launch all assessable within a 3 minute drive.
The gazebo is a truly unique camping experience. There is a potty tent with a portable toilet. Please pack in and out all things. There is an option to rent a propane tank with a fire pit for an additional charge, but we ask no recreational fires as there is no water access at the gazebo.
This property does have neighbors, but is pretty private. Please be respectful of them as well as Mother Nature. The outdoors await!

We had an awesome stay at Zach’s! Epic location. No problems plugging in my Tesla for some car camping before hiking to see the larches on Heather Maple Pass! We walked to the tavern down the road for dinner and met a cool local girl and made friends with the bartender Lori! The shower was such a nice treat after a long hike. Bathrooms were clean and the area was quiet. Trash cans available on site. Would highly recommend this spot!

What a cool experience! The Dome was comfortable and unlike anywhere I have ever stayed before. Definitely did not get cold with the thoughtful amenities: space heaters and blankets. There is firewood available for purchase and the bathrooms are a luxury! The only thing I’d be aware of is that you may not have service upon arrival, so you may not be able to contact Zachary thru the app. There is a code to get into the dome that I didn’t have directly, but luckily we were able to figure it out. Overall, I definitely recommend staying in the galaxy dome!

This arctic dome was such a cool find while hiking in the North Cascades! It had snowed on us on a few hikes so we were glad for some warmth. Both the dome and the restrooms were clean and nice. The bed was comfortable. I did have to bring all of my blankets in because I couldn’t figure out the second heater (skill issue)! There are nice campsites down the trail overlooking the river and they’re really cute for groups! I love how close this was to town for snacks, too.

My husband and I enjoyed staying at Greenstone Farms. The farm and the view are quite beautiful. We had fresh eggs for breakfast which was lovely. The horses visited us before headed home.
The restroom was very clean and nice and had a heater which was nice since it was raining the night we showed up. We would have stayed longer but my husband wanted his recliner for the Mariners playoff game. I didn’t foresee that obstacle.

This spot is amazing! The view was fantastic with the lake and valley below holding our attention all day and evening. It rained almost the entire time, but sitting out under our canopy watching the rain come down was a wonderful way to pass the time. And all this, while only being five minutes from one of the best dive bars in Washington. Evelyn's has great food, interesting people and great service.
