Skagit River RV and Camping is near the small, charming town of Marblemount and close to the entrance of the world-famous North Cascade National Park in the foothills of Cascades and located on Skagit River. Many of our guests use Skagit River RV and Camping as a base while they explore and climb the surrounding hills and mountains. Bikers also use the park and set up their tents as a base to bike the surrounding area or bike over the North Cascade Pass to eastern Washington. We are a small family and pet-friendly RV campground offering, RV sites and tent sites. We have a wooded park-like area is located behind the campsites for dog walking and nature walks. The surrounding area offers hiking, bird watching, fishing, spectacular photography opportunities, bike riding and climbing trails. The Skagit River has a wild and scenic designation and is a popular river for rafting, kayaking and canoeing. Winter activities include bald eagle watching, fishing and hunting. The mountain air is fresh and clean with seasonal views of snowcapped mountains. If you are traveling with a group or club, there are facilities to accommodate you as well. Ideal for family reunions, rallies, get-togethers and clubs.

Clean park, very friendly hosts, and only a few miles to the North Cascades! What’s not to like? I wasn’t traveling with a family, but it seemed very family friendly and safe. There were kids from multiple spots playing in the playground, and the parents were able to communicate without yelling. The spots aren’t huge, but it’s definitely enough space to set up shop. The guests were all pretty respectful, so space wasn’t an issue for us at all. Showers available, with plenty of privacy, and clean. It was a good spot for a couple of nights!

What a great spot, just across the road from the Skagit River. Very relaxing and beautiful! They were super nice to us and both the camp host and maintenance guy helped us get to a spot. We had some issues early on with getting to the campground, but after a three day delay we made it. We will certainly stay here again!

I love this camp site!! Happy to be back. It rained a lot one nights and the hostess was super nice and gave us a towel to dry out the inside of our tent and gave us coins to dry our cloths. Would recommend to anyone looking to hike in the North Cascades!

Great location, also nice to have cell service and wifi while camping. Nice grassy areas for tent camping, although the spots are very close together so there was not a lot of privacy. The campground is close to the road so there will be some road noise but it’s pretty minimal at night when sleeping. Bathrooms were clean and seemed to be maintained at least once a day.

The tent camping location was conveniently close to Marblemount and hiking. The campground is small and relatively quiet which we appreciated. We booked the campsite specifically so we could access showers and while the facilities, grounds, and hosts were all nice enough, my showers were ice cold.

Very happy with our stay for 2 nights- Large tent sites (but little privacy ) Many nice amenities (wifi, hot showers, very clean bathrooms, external sink for fishes, large and well equipped firepit) Very quiet and very close to North Cascades. we recommend !

05) Back in Site
We loved our stay! The bathrooms were extremely clean, as were the showers. We got a really nice spacious backwoods camping spot for our tent which was great because it felt tucked away and private. The best of all was the camp hosts, John and Tammy. We showed up friday night with a faulty tent, and when it was dark and downpouring, they let us borrow their tent and took the time to help us set it up in the downpouring rain. They were extremely hospitable and they truly saved our trip from being a total disaster! We will be back for sure but cannot recommend this place enough!

39) Park Tent Site
The campground is at a convenient location with easy access from the road, but then I could hear the cars and see the street lights from my site at night. The campsites are also very close to each other. The bathroom was clean.
