Clean restrooms/showers. Large sites, many with shade. Responsive hosts.
We used it as a home base for daily trips to various sites in the N Cascades.
Groceries are scarce though, so come prepared.

We loved this camp ground. It was such a convenient location to get to the North Cascades and Mount Baker National Forest. There were views of surrounding mountains from every site. The campground was clean and the bathrooms and showers in great condition. And the camp hosts were accommodating and friendly.
The only thing I wish we knew beforehand was that our site did not have any shade in the afternoon so our camper got pretty hot in the afternoon. Our site seemed to be only our site with this issue due to the side the hookups were on. Every other site was shaded by trees or their camper in the afternoon but just something of note when booking.
We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend the campground to anyone looking to explore the nearby trails!

We usually try and stay on people’s properties and not in RV resorts, but we quite enjoyed this one. They greet you when you get there and show you your spot and answer any questions you have. Everyone staying there was friendly and kept to themselves. Clean. No noise issues and dumpster at the back of the property. Would stay here again if in the area.

We loved our stay here! The camp hosts were very nice and helpful. They always seemed busy tidying up and keeping things working and looking nice. The spots were spacious, with plenty of room to park even with a large rig and the kids had room to play and run around. And wow the location is incredible for going into North Cascades area both via HW20 and Cascade River Road.

I loved tent camping. The spot was beautiful with surrounding views of the mountain range. It was also very close to all the big hikes and summits. The hosts were very welcoming and warm. I would most definitely come again!

Amazing place. Neat and clean. Proactive host. Bathroom was upkeep. Mostly safe, only the danger of bear if garbage or food was kept outside. It was scenic and beautiful! we enjoyed every bit of it.

Skagit River RV & Camping is a great place to stay. It is very closed to North Cascade National park. The site is very comfortable and the facilities are spotless clean. The hosts are also very kind and accommodating. We will certainly be staying here again in the future. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing time at this campsite. It felt like a true backwoods experience—peaceful, secluded, and far enough from other campers to really enjoy the quiet and nature. The grounds were relatively flat, and it’s clear the hosts recently cleared and prepped the sites with care—they did a fantastic job.
Each spot comes with a picnic bench and a fire pit with a grate, which made cooking and hanging out by the fire easy and enjoyable. The camp hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating—some of the nicest we've ever met! You really couldn’t ask for better.
The bathroom was just a short walk away, very clean, and even had showers—an unexpected and appreciated bonus.
On top of all that, the location is ideal. You're right outside the national forest, and just a 30-minute drive brings you to absolutely breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.
We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-kept, and welcoming camping experience.

There are a lot of things we loved about this campground. The hosts were really friendly and the bathrooms were always clean and stocked. The ground cover was grass and well kept. There was a restaurant near by called Upriver grill that was delicious. We would camp there again.

The campsite is easy to find, clean, and well managed. However, the sites are extremely close together so there is little to no privacy or ability to simply relax and enjoy nature. It's a great spot to stop for a night, but if you're planning on hanging around the campground (especially with kids) this might not be the best option.

We actually needed to move to a different site, site 19 is very narrow and we would not have been able to extend our slide on our motorhome. The host, Linda, found us a perfect pull through site #25. We were very impressed with the campground “grounds” they were well maintained and the hosts work very hard to keep all sites clean and beautiful. Kudos to Linda and her husband!!!

The perfect campground for those visiting North Cascades NP! The camp hosts are so nice (and be sure to tell their sweet pup hi too)! The sites are spacious, the bathrooms extremely clean, and the view of the mountains perfect. I would highly recommend!

Skagit River RV Park is in a very good location for access into the North Cascades Natl Park. The campground hosts were wonderful and helpful. The Park is under new ownership and that is a good thing. The new ownership has a big job ahead of them to bring the facility into anyplace i would stay again. They will need to make a big investment to upgrade the campground from the current Seattle Homeless Tweaker encampment vibe. The electrical panel at my site crumbled apart when i plugged in, the sewer cap was missing, the services were placed far from the pads, there was building material all over the place, and the two rundown houses with Kentucky trailer oark yards, the dilpitated maintenence man’s creepy rundown trailer, and several squattter looking rigs made the park very uncomfortable.

Very well maintained and great location, close to town and close to the national park, everything was neat and clean the bathrooms, the grass was properly mowed and everything was taken care of. The hostess was very nice and made me feel at home. Quiet and peaceful location close to everything you need.

I stayed there for 4 nights at site 13, the camp is quiet, grass field was well maintained, Linda and her husband are very nice. The shower water is hot and comfortable. Only disappoint was the campsite #13 is not level well, if owner improves it that would be nice for other visitors in the future
