This property is supposedly one of the first homesteads in Jordan Road. This information is based on stories from some old timers my husband had spoken to in the past when he bought this property in 2002. The owner back in the old days sold off parcels and parcels of lands back then. The property is all fenced in, a place where your fur buddy can run free so you don't have to worry of the baby getting lost! Hopefully you'll get a visit from a deer and hear the hooting of the owl. :) You are welcome to check out our goats too if you want (they're in their enclosed space). The surroundings are peaceful and private, you will enjoy exploring the trails all around the 9 acres out of 12 we are sharing. Stroll down the hill to listen to the sounds of the creek and fish ladder. Our campground cabins are about 4.9 miles from the 'Granite Falls Fish Ladder'. Visit this beauty at Mountain Loop Highway if you fancy a little hike. Drive around 7 miles to the 'Lime Kiln Trailhead. The trail is full of amazing views and history. Our place is only about 45 minutes from Seattle. Why not pack your tent and sleeping bags then drive here after work, then leave in the morning. Leave your worries behind.. enjoy nature.

Mini Forest Cabin 1
Cabin in beautiful forest
Great little cabin in beautiful and secluded forest setting. Can imagine it's wonderful in the summer when you can hang out outside more and make use of the big private picnic shelter and grill. Propane heat kept us warm. Grace was very gracious.

Dry glamping with dogs
Another great stay :) My dogs wanted to spend half the time inside the cabin because they were wiped from all the exploring. Rain dampened our stay a bit, but that's PNW for you. Additions like sleeping bags and extra wood made our stay so easy! Can't wait to go back!

Relaxing
Very nice and clean. We were the only ones on the property so our dogs roamed freely. If other cabins would have been booked cabin 1 wouldn鈥檛 have been as private as I hoped. The bed was comfortable and cabin warm! If you have upper respiratory issues, my wife is asthmatic, the 鈥渞ainforest鈥 may not be a good idea during the winter. She had a tough time here. All in all is a beautiful place and we enjoyed ourselves.

Mini Forest Cabin 3
My family and I stayed in cabin #3 with our dogs, what a great time! Beautiful property, wooded with the sound of the creek. Cabins 3&4 are up at the top of the property very private. The gravel driveway to get up to the property is steep but totally doable, we were in a minivan with front wheel drive, just have to get a running start. Grace was so helpful and nice when we checked in. The propane stove in our cabin was awesome really cranked out the heat . Everything was neat and clean when we got there. The BBQ on the covered porch had a side burner which was really nice, cut down on camp stove fuel. Kids and dogs had a great time playing in the creek, everyone enjoyed stargazing while roasting marshmallows. We would definitely stay here again.
