We do not take late comers as we are a farm and are early to bed and early to rise. I'm sorry!
We are the third generation in this location and the great grandparents had the adjoining property. My father was born and died in this house, and I was raised here also. After teaching for 32 years my husband and I inherited the farm from my folks who have since passed. There are no orchards left on the property but we are moving on with a vegetable and flower garden, goats, chickens and a llama. We have a gorgeous view of Lake Chelan but can only offer dry camping at this time. Our area has a multitude of things to do!

Let the sound of Peshastin Creek lull you to sleep at night after a long day of fun in the Leavenworth area. This beautiful spot is on my list of all time favorites! It’s very secluded and the views are stunning. The road in was no problem at all and the site was pretty level. We got lucky because I’m sure it could get pretty windy up there but it wasn’t bad at all. The view over the Columbia with the Cascades in the distance was breathtaking. Highly recommend this Hipcamp! We’ll be back for sure! Many thanks to Hans for sharing this very special spot.

I wanted to take the time to fully say thank you to Liliya. I drove 3 hours.5 hours to the camping site and couldn’t make it up the last leg. It was in no way shape or form her fault. In fact, she graciously took the time out of her day to answer my bazillion questions. She was patient and accommodating to the nth degree.
The reason I couldn’t make it up was none other than my own fault. I had an awd Toyota rav 4 and couldn’t make it up the small portion of mud.
I am the one who asked to camp there during the closed season and it is my onus.
I had to turn back around and head home at midnight and she fully refunded my money.
I did not expect or even ask her to do this.
What an honest and sincere person she truly is.
I drove In the dark so I couldn’t appreciate gods beauty but I can assure you the mountains are breathtaking given I could see them in the dark.
Highly highly recommend her she will not let you down!

This place is awesome. Very highly recommend for anyone looking for a winter spot that can range Stevens Pass easily. It’s very affordable and right next to a really awesome bar/restaurant. The owner, Vito, is a super nice guy and very accommodating.
