Beautiful setting at our retired working winery. 10 acres with spectacular views of the Cascade Mt's and Columbia Valley. Perfect location for nearby activities: Gorge Amphitheater concerts(40 mi), Mission Ridge skiing(19 mi), hiking, golfing, wine and hard cider tasting nearby, with quick access to Columbia River, Leavenworth, Lake Chelan. (Nearby airport with occasional aircraft) Use code: PP6NYGQH for 15% discount on a 7 night booking. LEAVING PROPERTY for Site A & Site B: Please follow farm road out to 10th St. SE. You will turn up gravel drive between vineyard. Please keep up your speed if hauling large trailer. At crest of hill you will turn left onto gravel winery driveway taking you out to 10th. RETIRED VINEYARD VIEW: When exiting, back up a short distance to the junction, then head down the one way gravel road to our farm road to bring you around and back up to 10th st. SE. Scenic 30 amp/Fresh Water RV Site on a Retired Vineyard with Covered Patio. Minutes from Mission Ridge (35 min) and nearby wineries and cideries (1 mi), this is a perfect stop for a relaxing getaway or a scenic pause on your travels. PLEASE READ RV DETAILS Enjoy sweeping views of the Columbia River Valley, Cascade Mountains, and Mission Ridge from this peaceful RV site set atop a retired vineyard in East Wenatchee. The site is level, graveled, and easy to access—no mud, no stress. A covered patio makes this spot stand out, giving you a comfortable place to relax, dine, or gather around the propane fire pit in any weather. DETAILS: You’ll have access to a mini fridge, kitchen sink, microwave, large TV, water spigot on OTHER SIDE of Winery building ( 50 ft hose will do), and a clean porta potty—everything you need for a simple, comfortable stay with incredible views. **Water & Electrical Hookups** Please note that the water spigot is located on the opposite side of the building from the 30-amp electrical hookup. We recommend bringing a water hose at least 50 feet long to ensure it reaches comfortably. For your convenience, we can provide an additional water hose and a 30-amp RV electrical extension cord if needed, at no extra charge. We simply ask that any equipment provided remains on the property when you depart. If an item is accidentally taken or not returned, a replacement fee will apply. Thank you for helping us keep these amenities available for future guests! Please note: on occasion, there may be another short-term guest staying elsewhere on the property, with plenty of space and privacy between sites. Friendly dog (North) lives on property and may roam the grounds. Guest dogs are welcome if supervised and friendly with other dogs. Site A -50 amp. These two RV Sites sit above our Sauvignon Blanc Vineyard looking down the columbia Gorge. You are minutes away from the Columbia River with several boat launches close by. Boating, hiking. skiing all less than 30 min. away. Visit Leavenworth (45min) and Lake Chelan (60min).

What a wonderful place to park our eurovan for 3 nights. Perfect weather. Gorgeous views. Such a nice luxury to have a sink, plenty of counter space, mini fridge, microwave, comfy chairs and a propane firepit. Lovely covered area with lights, fans...whatever you need. Porta potty was super clean with a nice hand washing sink inside the porta potty (didn't even know there was such a thing!) Private as the two RV spots are on the other side of the property. We loved our stay and plan to be back. Kim is a wonderful thoughtful host.

The site on this property sits high above Wenatchee in a very nice neighborhood with beautiful views of the valley. Union Hill cider is right down the road as well as a small, quaint winery or two. We really enjoyed this great spot.

We needed a good midpoint spot for an overnight, so unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy the beautiful setting as much as we would have liked! Clear directions even arriving at night. The space was very well maintained, with beautiful views and snuggled right up next to a vineyard. Port-o-potty access was a short-ish walk from the camping spots.

Had a very excellent camping experience at this property. It was very peaceful and super relaxing for both my dog and I. The directions were spot on. The host was very nice even though she was not on site, she made sure I would be very comfortable. Thank you for sharing this wonderful property.

Beautiful views and very private feeling. The resident dog, North, is the sweetest guy… played with our Doodle. Kim, the owner, is lovely and has crested a very special space. Fun being near Pangborn Field and seeing some old -time airplanes take off and land. We have family in Wenatchee and visit often… this is definitely be where we come and park our Class A

This was such a special place, it felt private, intimate and the views and amenities made this a 5 star experience. We loved having a little private space with seating, wet bar, TV and fridge to sit and enjoy this gorgeous setting. It was so convenient to have counter space to prep a cheese board to accompany some great wine - a fitting snack while we looked over the beautiful grape fields and rolling hill views at sunset. The host was kind and accommodating and we enjoyed every moment- our pups did too!

The host Kim was very helpful. quick response times, too. The site was fantastic for my Nucamp T@G but fine for larger rigs, too, Great views. Very clean porta potty with well lit path for night visits.

We loved staying at the vineyard! Kim was a wonderful host and everything was as stated in the posting (and I have never seen a cleaner portapottie!). We especially enjoyed the covered patio with the propane fire pit - it was a great place to hang out and look at the lights across the valley and even the snowmaking up at Mission Ridge. 10/10 and we’ll definitely be staying here again.

We enjoyed five nights at Kim‘s, site B. Our camper faced towards the river and the open valley with a lovely view. We sat outside most evenings after the temperature had dropped and enjoyed a complete quiet, tranquil, starlight setting. Kim has a lovely dog named North who visited our site and was a gentle welcoming soul. We are dog people and loved his visits. I will note that Kim was very responsive in checking to make sure that it was OK if North visited our site. Our rig and approach to the site: 26’ bumper-pull travel trailer pulled by a 3/4 ton truck. We went just past the designated pad and backed into the site, super easy. Pros: Quiet, scenic, safe, very communicative host, accessible, great location. Cons: None, it’s a lovely place to enjoy.

Kim was very responsive! Her Hipcamp spot is a gem in a beautiful vineyard - I highly recommend getting up early to watch the sunrise! Super quiet, great amenities like power and super easy access. Thanks for a quiet and peaceful spot! Loved it!

What an amazing view!! We needed a getaway from the west side and this place was the answer. RV spots are placed in locations with great views. So relaxing! I’m sad this winery is retired because their wine is phenomenal. Kim is gracious and friendly and absolutely lovely. We can’t wait to come here again!!
