We are located in Banks, Oregon. We are approximately 45 minutes west of downtown Portland. Our camping area is about 5 acres and offers something for everyone. If you have a large RV and need a safe and quiet spot to stay for the night, we got you. We have a large fire pit, Adirondak chairs, a large picnic table, and a swing set for the kids. Badminton and cornhole available on request. Family get-togethers or birthday parties are welcome!
We are located just 1.5 miles from The Banks-Vernonia Trail. Bike campers are welcome! Feel free to bring along your 4-legged friends as well. We do not have a fence, so if you do not trust your dog of a leash, please keep them tied up. We have a lot of deer that pass through and untrained dogs love chasing them.
Banks has a few restaurants to choose from: Subway, Dairy Queen, Main Street Pizza, Mary's Mexican Food, Hop-Cycle Brewing to name a few. There is also a Supermarket in town just in case you forgot your S'mores supplies, Spirits, or campfire wood. We are about 20 minutes away from McMenamins Grand Lodge, in Forest Grove, which hosts some great live concerts during the summer.
We have a few fishing spots within about 30 minutes of the property. Hagg lake, Horning's Hideout, Dorman's Pond and the Wilson River are all popular spots.
We have clean well water and 50A electrical hookups. We do not offer dumping of black water, but you can empty your tank at the Elks club in Forest Grove (25-minute drive) for free or Camping World over in Hillsboro. I don't mind if you drain your gray water on the property as long as you use a longer hose to keep it away from the immediate camping area. The parking area for RV's is fairly level and easy to get in and out of.
During the late summer, our 5 apple trees produce great fruit. We also have 2 plum trees, and some blackberries. Feel free to pick what you would like.
Currently, we do not have any public bathroom facilities available for campers, so please plan accordingly. Please, only book if you have an RV with working plumbing. **We will not accept tent campers**

We are a 501c3 Farm Sanctuary! We care for 70+ farm animals. You can follow us @onalaskafarmsanctuary on Facebook or Instagram. The camping area is nowhere near the animals or the rescue. But it does help support them!
Our 45 acre parcel is "no frills camping"
15 minutes from Interstate 5. We are one hour from Mt Rainer and one hour and fifteen minutes from Mt Saint Helens. The camping area is an old christmas tree farm. We maintain two spots for camping. We have one porta-potty shared between campsites. Each campsite has one picnic table, fire-ring and access to a porta-potty. The area is quiet and secluded. Black-tailed Columbian deer are regular visitors, while the barn owls will serenade you in the evening. You will be able to see ALL the stars!
The road is suitable for small RVs, campervans, truck camping, small school buses, and cars (as long as the cars have some ground clearance). Not suitable for Class A RVs. It is an old logging road made of compacted rock. Cell service is OK. Upload/download speeds might be slow.

The lavender farm was wonderful! We camped with our RV trailer in site #1 and got lucky enough to have the whole place to ourselves. It felt very tranquil & spacious. Everett, our host was very accommodating & easy to reach. Hope to be back again during spring or summer to experience everything in bloom!

We camped in our RV at the Lavender Farm and had the best time! It’s perfectly located, just 30 minutes from Portland and close to a plethora of hikes, and the wide open areas surrounding the farm gave us plenty of space to walk our dogs! The bathrooms were clean, and the paved lot gave us ample room for our RV. We would absolutely recommend a stay here!

Owen is a super kind and responsive camp host. He was very welcoming and shared some of his knowledge about fishing the river from his years of experience on the water.
The campsite itself was extremely clean and probably the cleanest porta potty ive ever seen. Plus its just a hop and skip away from the barrier dam fishing site. I would definitely recommend a stay here. Thanks, Owen!

Quiet, clean, and a great view of the stars. Saw a few cats, deer, and many horses on the drive-in. I watched a beautiful sunset and the harvest moon! Very little light pollution, so the stars were very visible. The stay was so peaceful and quiet. There was hose and a 50amp to 30amp adapter waiting for me when I arrived, such a nice touch. I would highly recommend a stay at the Lavender field.

Once again the Lavender farm was even more than we could have hoped for. Stayed in site 3 again and it was very convenient and easy to back into. Water and electric very accessible. We were able to see host Everett for a short visit and he was as personable and charming as ever. Bends over backwards to make sure everything on his place is as close to perfect as possible. Will spend many more days there next year on our return visit to the northwest💜

If you’re looking for a safe, clean, quiet place to stay in an RV or tent, this is the place. Everett is very responsive and kind. He helped us when we arrived quickly over the app. Bathroom very nice and clean. Other campers were kind and quiet.
Highly recommend sites 1 & 2.
We saw a lot of different birds while we were there.
Just a few minutes to the freeway and a short drive into Portland.
Highly recommend Everett’s spaces!

The land was beautiful! It was the perfect basecamp for where we wanted to go. We stayed for 4 nights. We will definitely be back! If you have dogs, beware the inviting-looking big open fields-lots of blackberry vines with thorns. There weren’t any stickers or burrs though. The 3 sites are pretty close together. If you’re in site 3, make sure you have a very long hose to empty gray water. The drive up to the property is fairly steep so make sure your stuff is secured in your trailer!
The only negative was no black tank disposal even though I checked the filter for sewage hookup.

We decided to stay here spontaneously on our way home, in order to extend our camping trip. The site was super private and peaceful. The price was great too. Yes, the porta potty could use more frequent servicing, as other reviews have mentioned, but it wasn’t overflowing or anything. We were disappointed not to get a chance to tour the sanctuary farm, we never got info from the host on that, but we did get a surprise fence line visit from some neighboring cows! The fresh blackberries we were able to pick for breakfast were yummy too. Spotty reception for our t-mobile users and no reception for our Verizon users.

This was our second stay at Everett’s place. Great quick stop-over for us. Very convenient off of I-5 (about 10 min), but quiet and peaceful on the top of a hill near the Lavender field. Access to nice bathroom and shower. RV spots are well-spaced, but on an open tarmac area with no shade or visual privacy. Tent spot is under trees with a bit more privacy.
