This was a beautiful place to stay. Candace and her husband were so welcoming and friendly. There’s a nice gazebo area, clean bathrooms, and a pool. We enjoyed walking around their farm visiting the cows and goats and watching the ducks waggle about. Highly recommend.

Accommodated me on a same day request. Everything as pictured. Host was thorough, welcomed my dog and I. Unique experience with the farm, large property for a night time and morning walk. Woke up to a rooster and peaceful sunrise. All amenities were available as mentioned, such as RV hookups (electric, water, sewer). As a solo traveler, great option for me. Ideal stop at the Virginia - North Carolina border. Will keep as a future accommodation.

Casey’s property is perfect for a long or short term stay! I felt like I had everything I needed and it was very nice to be greeted. Great communication and Casey is lovely overall. Great spot for us to stay and refresh! We only stayed one night but we were able to use the full hookups to take showers, etc. after being on the road a good while. Peaceful, private spot in a field. Kerwin guided us in and was very friendly and accommodating. Wish we could have stayed longer, definitely recommend.

This is a rustic little spot about 15 minutes off Rt. 460 in central VA. No amenities, so bring everything you will need, but Merritt was responsive and quite hospitable. The land is privately located among a small hardwood tree grove, but has nice pond views to one side and fields on 2 other sides. Merritt and his wife are lovely people and fascinating to talk to.

The site was beautiful, with lots of quiet open space. There are railroad tracks close by but we only heard a train twice all weekend. There was also a golden retriever that adopted himself into our camp but he was sweet (as long as you keep your trash out of reach lol) and got along with our puppy great. Stephanie was awesome and attentive as well, answered any questions I had quickly and clearly. It's a great little spot!

We took a short hike around the pond, which was perfect after a day of traveling.

Great location! Set-up was super easy and we loved being surrounded by all the animals and the vintage buses. The hosts were very welcoming without invading our personal space. Their animals were very tolerant of our dog who wanted to be friends with each and every one of them! We would definitely visit again if we were ever in the area.

Great spot for, in our case, a quick tent camping trip. Kerwin was really helpful, the forest and night sky were 10/10, and we enjoyed the stay.
