14 acre farm with RV hook up, free range chickens and turkeys. We are restoring the 19th century farm which we took over in 2022 after over a decade standing vacant. Very convenient to Lake Gaston and I 85. Halfway between Richmond and Raleigh, halfway between the Blue Ridge and the Ocean. Friendly owners, no smoking, drama, drugs.

Can choose your site, rv hookup is the back of farmhouse and so is water/septic, but if you don’t need hookup and want to be away from the farm buildings we can show you options otherwise. Gravel and asphalt drive. We have free range poultry, goats, pigs, cats and 2 dogs. No smoking, no drugs, no drama. Pets are welcome as long as they are safe to be around our animals and leashed when outdoors. We are restoring this 19th century property and so expect some construction at times and various stages of repair/disrepair of the buildings.

Accommodated me on a same day request. Everything as pictured. Host was thorough, welcomed my dog and I. Unique experience with the farm, large property for a night time and morning walk. Woke up to a rooster and peaceful sunrise. All amenities were available as mentioned, such as RV hookups (electric, water, sewer). As a solo traveler, great option for me. Ideal stop at the Virginia - North Carolina border. Will keep as a future accommodation.

Turkeys, chickens and ducks, oh my! If you like animals, you're going to love it. Directions were clear and concise. Owners are great & there's a cute little farm dog too!
