Absolutely wonderful experience. Me and my partener stayed on this lovely property in one of the two vintage Airstream trailers right on the shore of our fantastic host's wildlife filled pond. Our host and hostess were both very hospitable, and checked in on us regularly, while still oversight complete privacy. The amenities included were above and beyond what we were expecting, making the experience not only fun, but leisurely. Would 100% recommend giving this "glampsite" a shot, if you happen to be in the area.

I absolutely loved our stay at the coyote cabin!! Horses everywhere you look, cool walking trails behind the cabins. Cheryle offered fresh eggs, free firewood, and great conversations. Her Dog Tank is an absolute cutie, plus the farm animals she lets you take a look at whenever you want was the best! There was everything you needed to camp in the cabin or under the gazebo, from foil to cooking equipment. We will definitely come back again!❤️

2 nights at Clay Hill Corners Blueberry Farm

Perfect spot in Quechee. This was glamping at its finest. Carol and Marty rigged up a series of hoses so that there was a kitchen sink and a refillable solar shower. The cabin was comfy and even had battery powered lights. We will definitely stay again when we're back that way.

Clay Hill Corners Blueberry Farm

Come stay on our quiet and scenic farm. Easily accessible from Rt 89 and Rt 4. Our Pick Your Own Blueberry fields open in July. Clay Hill Corners is a 10 acre working Blueberry Farm. We have PYO Blueberries and a farm stand open from mid July to August. We sell organically grown blueberries and produce locally. Learn more about this land: Our private Sugar Shack is at the end of our blueberry fields and faces the forest. The Sugar Shack sleeps two in a comfy double bed with clean sheets and a fleece blanket. I wash the linens and blanket in hot water for each and every booking. Please bring your own extra blankets or sleeping bag if the weather is cold. An additional clean quilt with duvet cover can be added for a $ 10 per booking fee. There is a small porch, a charcoal grill, four chairs, a hammock, a fire ring, fire wood, clean potable cold water, a solar shower, and an outhouse. We provide the firewood for the fire ring and we provide charcoal and lighter fluid for the charcoal grill. There is space available next to Sugar Shack in the field for additional tents or small RVs. (There is no electricity.) The upcharge for additional campers after the first two people is $5 per person per night. Hiking trails through field and forest start at your door. We have a 3 mile round trip hike to Harlow Brook with a map. We are on the edge of a wildlife corridor and often see deer, coyotes, fox, waterfowl, songbirds and the occasional bear. (Keep food in your car at night so that the bear does not eat it!) We are above the Ottauquechee River at North Hartland Lake. We have rentable canoes and a kayak. We can transport you to and pick you up for a canoe trip on the Connecticut River or to North Hartland Lake.. We are located two miles from Quechee, 7 miles from historic Woodstock to the west, and 7 miles to hip White River Junction to the east and 8 1/2 miles to Dartmouth College and the Appalachian Trail. There are fun casual restaurants with some sit down and take-out nearby and our local Jakes Market can provide you with a nice selection of groceries. Hot Air Balloon pilots often take off and land in our fields and it is always a magical site. We can connect you with local pilots if you wish to purchase a Balloon Adventure.

My land is easily accessible by main road, has ample parking, and yet cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, wildlife, fireflies and peepers are just outside the door. In the summer season, several organic farmstands and local picturesque swimming holes range between 5-15 minutes away. Autumn's glorious show is on display everywhere you look. Winter offers easy access to groomed VAST trails in the field behind the house and studio. Our bell tent glamping site is nestled on our 100 plus acre property at the edge of the woods over looking a field with great views. Beautiful sun rises ,star gazing and a terrific flyer fly displays. You are a stones throw away from our pond/ swimming hole. You can fall asleep with the sounds of owls, bullfrogs and crickets. We are local about two miles away from a main road nestled in a valley for peace and quiet. There are many miles of dirt roads for mountain biking or hiking. We are not far from the Connecticut river perfect for fly fishing ,tubing or kayaking. We are about 30 to 60 mins. away from many of Vermont best tourist attractions. There are great local restaurants and some nite life too. Local farmers markets, farm stands and our local Coop offer the best produce, meats cheeses and eggs that our location has to offer. Out to eat or cook at the site your tummies will be satisfied. We offer a full size bed (bring your own sleeping bags) 2 blow up sleeping mats perfect for a small family. There is also 2 camp chairs, picnic table, grill set up with utensils(bring your own charcoal), trash can w/ removal and fire pit. We will provide your first fire set up after that we offer fire wood at a small fee to abide by all state laws. (This protect us from invasive species entering our state) please do not bring wood for out of state. We offer towels for swimming ,a cloth line and solar light along with citronella candles . We have a private outhouse for this campsite that includes toilet and sink with 5 gallons of drinkable water ,all paper products ,trash receptacle and biodegradable soaps and cleaners.

We've been farming here for 22 years, growing 5 acres of vegetables and flowers, all marketed within 50 miles of the farm. The farm sits on 90 acres right up against the Hogbacks and is only 5 miles from quaint Bristol village and tons of outdoor recreation opportunities. Our cozy, private, rustic mountain yurt is a 30’ foot space located in an upper field tucked into a wooded hillside. Buttercup Meadow

Buttercup is a large, luxe, wood and canvas lodge at the top of a 15 acre mountain meadow overlooking the green mountains. A mown path leads directly to one of the area’s best swimming holes, at the base of a waterfall underneath a covered bridge. The lodge has two bedrooms and sleeps five guests. The kitchen has a sink and gas cooking stove. The lodge has a half bath with toilet and sink, and there is also an outdoor bath house with a deep soaking tub and shower. Rules to follow onsite When dry you can drive right to the tent, otherwise it is a Hike-To Campsite, it's approximately 400 feet from the parking area. No motorized vehicles permitted on the property beyond parking area. This is to help minimize traffic on the property and preserve natural environment and service road. Parking: There is a parking area for multiple cars located at the entrance of the property, and is limited to 10 vehicles. Turn onto the private dirt road marked 361 Mt. Independence Road. Continue down the road about a 1/2 mile until you see the parking area sign. If you'd rather not drive your vehicle up the dirt road, there is designated parking space at the base of the entrance near the old barn. Park in designated parking space only. Once parked in Parking area follow the mowed path to the campsite. This is a Posted Private Property. You'll see the signs at entrance of property. Please stay on the mowed campsite, trails or road. Do not cut trees or damage natural landscape. Please leave the site as you found it. Clean up after yourself and your pets. My great grandfather settled here in the late 1930's from Stanstead, Canada, Our family milked dairy cows until 2006 at which time my Dad sold the herd and leased out to neighbor that continues the farming activities on the farm. In 2020, my husband and I became the proud owners of Lake Home Farm. For many years my grandparents rented row boats at this campsite which brought so much joy to so many. We are excited to engage with Tentrr and our campers to share this gem while continuing the relationship with our neighbor who crops the land. Note: this campsite is named after Dot, Dot lived in Ludlow, VT and she spent her summers at this site for all the years of my childhood. She was famous for her turtle soup and we're delighted to remember her in this way!
