Our Regenerative Herb Farm sits on 15-acres of rolling hills full of wildflowers and gardens. We owned an ecological landscape design/build company for 15 years so the gardens, meadows, woodlands and trails are wild with biodiversity and color. The farm is a certified Bee Friendly Farm through the Pollinator Partnership. We give guided tours weekly upon request and discuss the ecological restoration efforts that are underway as well as our 'Seed to Soap' project that is Farm Craft VT. Our Farm Store is open daily from 8-8 and is self-serve. All sites have fire-pits (don't forget to order a firewood bundle), room for a group of 4-6, and views of starry skies. Please Note - none of the campsites are accessible by car. They don't have electricity or air conditioning - yup it's camping, just a wee bit more comfortable. For the complete Farm Craft VT experience, book a guided-farm tour on our website where you can smell the herbs, taste the honey from our hives, learn about how essential oils are distilled, how seed oils are pressed and handcrafted soap is made on site. WE HAVE REPLACED OUR CANVAS TENTS WITH SIMPLE WOODEN CABINS. THEY ACCOMODATE THE SAME SIZE AND NUMBER OF BEDS AS OUR PREVIOUS SITES. PLEASE DISREGARD ANY PHOTOS WITH OUR OLD CANVAS TENTS.

Ledges Overlook is our pitch-your-own tent site on our 15-acre Regenerative Herb Farm, with beautiful views, wild meadows, walking trails and ponds, all 10 min from downtown Burlington.  Stay close to the city but surrounded by quiet nature.  (Our other three sites have spacious Canvas tents and beds).  It is a short walk to the composting toilet, but an 8 minute walk to the off grid shower. For the complete Farm Craft VT experience, add a guided-farm tour where you can smell the herbs, taste the honey from our hives, learn about how essential oils are distilled, how seed oils are pressed and handcrafted soap is made on site.   Ledges Overlook has sunset views that overlook our small valley, meadows, and ponds, with room for two tents. There is a firepit (don't forget to order your firewood bundle) and space for a small group of friends or family.

Sunrise is one of three cabins and four rustic camping sites on our 15-acre Regenerative Herb Farm, with beautiful views, wild meadows, walking trails and ponds, all 5 min from downtown Burlington.  Camp close to the city but surrounded by nature.  The Sunrise site is at the NW corner of our 15-acre farm and sits at the edge of the sheep meadow and has lovely sunrise views to the East.  A short walk to the off-grid shower. This is one of our more remote sites so we provide a tractor shuttle to transport your gear when you check in.  Sunrise Cabin has a queen and two twin beds.  You need to bring your own bedding or sleeping bags. Old oak is one of three rustic cabins and 4 camping sites on our 15-acre Regenerative Herb Farm, with beautiful views, wild meadows, walking trails and ponds, all 10 min from downtown Burlington.  Camp close to the city but surrounded by nature.  The most private of our four sites, Old Oak site is at the corner of our 15-acre farm and sits atop some ledges, and has a 14' wide cabin on a cantilevered platform so you feel like you are sleeping up in the canopy. It has lovely sunrise views to the East over the meadows and ponds.  A short walk to the off-grid shower. Sunrise Cabin
I recently had the pleasure of staying at a lodging site hosted by Tim and Rebecca, and I can't recommend it highly enough! The views were absolutely breathtaking, offering stunning landscapes that made every moment memorable. One of the highlights was the friendly sheep (Spot and Louise) that roamed nearby; they added a charming touch to the experience. The accommodations were impeccable, with clean and well-maintained bathrooms that made our stay even more comfortable. Tim was incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our visit. His hospitality truly made us feel at home. Don’t miss the chance to visit the farm shop; it’s filled with wonderful local products that are definitely worth exploring. If you're looking for a serene getaway with amazing scenery and welcoming hosts, this is the place to be!

Hilltop cabin is a beautiful and private spot, with a great firepit and comfy mattresses! The camping box has everything one would need for cooking (I did not cook), and it's a short walk from the parking lot. Wonderful stargazing also.

Sunrise Cabin
This was the most beautiful backdrop in such an incredible farm! Sheep, wildflowers, sunrise view, starry sky, tons of space, impeccable cabin and gear! Beds, blankets, solostove, camp chairs, cooking bin, and well manicured nature surroundings. Tim and Rebecca are great and helpful and the shop is absolutely to die for!! Cannot wait to return!

We had a wonderful time at the sunrise cabin. Tim was super helpful, getting our stuff to and from our car. We enjoyed exploring the property and especially the gardens and farm store. The description online is perfect.

Beautiful land and a very private spot! Everything we could need cooking wise was already at the spot when we got there. You can hear cars passing but other than that it felt very secluded and private. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful small farm located close to Burlington. Tim and Rebecca are helpful, friendly, great hosts. The cabin kept us dry through constant rain. The campsite felt private. Loved it!

Points positifs: - L’hôte nous a expliqué clairement les directives d’arrivée, a communiqué efficacement chaque fois que c’était nécessaire et a été très gentil lors de notre arrivée sur place. Il nous a aidé à monter les bagages. - Le site en général est intéressant avec une belle boutique de produits éco responsable faits sur place. - Le matelas était très confortable et la cabine propre et bien organisée. Points négatifs: - L’endroit est situé près de l’autoroute et de l’aéroport. Il y a donc beaucoup de bruits de voitures et d’avions qui passent et c’est assez fort et dérangeant, même la nuit. Nous n’avions pas l’impression d’être en nature. - La cabine est vraiment très très rustique. Il n’y a que des lits. Aucune armoire ou table pour déposer ses effets personnels. - Le prix demandé ne reflète pas la qualité de ce séjour. Nous avons payé 115$US avec les frais d’app HIPCAMP pour une nuit et c’est absolument trop cher pour ce que c’est. Nous n’étions que 2. Peut-être que pour une famille complète de 4 c’est plus avantageux mais même encore, c’est vraiment une cabine très basique. En espérant que ces points pourront aider à améliorer les futurs séjours. Merci!

Safe and secluded spot to tent camp amongst the well cared for medicine plants. What a treat that they open their farm to guests. Close and easy to Burlington. Rebecca and Tim had such clear directions and communication- everything was great and I wish I was there longer so I will hope to camp there again next time I visit my family in Burlington.

Love the shop, the gardens, and the cabin at Hilltop was just right for our needs. Bed was comfy, a short walk from the car to rest our heads after an evening of live music in town. This is our second stay…will definitely be back!

Nous avons aimé notre séjour dans une cabine. C'est rustique mais très propre et très bien organisé. Le paysage est magnifique et les moutons sont sympathiques 🙂 je vous recommande d'apporter une lampe pour la cabine, une frontale pour la toilette et des sacs poubelles. Il faut arrêter au magasin c est tellement beau !! Merci pour l'accueil et le beau séjour.

Peaceful spot, all the necessities. The cutest farm store! Some of the instructions are more for the cabins than the tent sites. I definitely spent too much time worrying about logistics (we were coming in in the rain). But it ended up being fine. Prepare for mosquitos and slugs.

Hilltop Cabin
We loved visiting Rebecca and Tim’s regenerative farm. We were lucky enough to receive a brief tour from Tim that was educational and made us appreciate the land even more. We stayed at the Hilltop site and it had everything we needed. We especially loved the outdoor shower. They are doing some wonderful things with the land. Be sure to shop at the Farm Craft shop while you’re there.

Quiet night at the farm

We had a tent camping spot( The Ledge). We truck camped for the night and the spot was adequate. Not really suited for a full size truck to camp in but that’s not their fault. The owners were very responsive to questions we had prior to arrival. If you book The Ledges site, be prepared for mosquitoes. We brought our Thermacells and no issues once they got warmed up. Views were beautiful! The small store was so nice. We purchased some natural bug spray, soap, and a few other odds and ends.

Hilltop Cabin
We loved staying at the Hilltop campsite on Craft Farm VT. Tim and Rebecca communicated perfectly with us up front and everything was just as they said… and better… upon our arrival. The site was private and easy to get to. Tim hauled our stuff up the hill which made things so quick and easy. The cabin was super clean and the beds surprisingly comfortable. We laid in awe watching lightning storms out the large windows. And hunkered down playing card games in there during a couple spells of rain. There was a heat wave while we were there and the cabin got hot during the afternoon, but it is well ventilated and a battery powered shop fan made things comfortable. The kids had a blast roaming the farm, smelling the different herbs, tracking and categorizing over 20 kinds of bird, and hanging out by the ponds to spy the different kinds of frogs that call them home. Once they even discovered a medium-sized frog hanging out in the mouth of a larger frog. The outdoor shower with plumbed hot water was a delight. It was also a short drive to Burlington for all the fun of a downtown scene and the lake… and about 40 minutes to Underhill state park from which we summited Mt. Mansfield. There were so many great farms along the way… we discovered a fabulous little lunch stand called Green Meadows Grill… and grabbed fresh peaches, blueberries, veggies, and locally raised beef from Adams Apple Orchard and Farm Market on the way back to camp. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Farm Craft. Tim and Rebecca were welcoming and helpful. We were at the Sunrise Cabin. Beautiful views, did not see or hear other sites. Beds were very comfortable! Rebecca makes soaps, essential oils, lotions, serums, bug sprays at the store on property. Great spot, bought some goods. A great spot overall.

We love FarmCraft! It is such a treat to stay in such a beautiful space when visiting the Burlington area. The fire pit is so convenient to cook over (or, drive into town for dinner!) and it is so helpful that the team will taxi all of your gear/items to your cabin space! The walk to the cabin is so picturesque; and the cabins themselves are charming and rustic. It’s a perk to stop into the store before departing and take home some FarmCraft goodies!

Really awesome spot- great host and I loved the shop on site too. The only feedback I would give the hosts is maybe add some hooks inside the cabin to make it easy for guests to hang items .. it rained when we were there so we had to hang a lot of items to dry. Each fire wood bundle will likely only get you through 1 evening/meal so plan accordingly. Overall we were very happy with our experience and we highly recommend it.

We found Rebecca and Tim's land to be lovely. From the picnic table we had an expansive view of flowers and sheep. For we city dwellers it was a much needed dose of nature. They provided a wealth of cooking equipment, a lovely fire pit and during our stay they also supplied battery operated fans. They were extremely helpful with ferrying our supplies to the parking lot. And the farm store is not to be missed!

We had a great time staying in the Sunrise cabin! Becca was there to meet us and help ferry our stuff to the cabin. They even had fans for us since it was unseasonably hot during our stay. The farm itself was so peaceful and beautiful. I highly recommend it :)
