The Creek varies in depth from 1 to 8 feet deep along our stretch, there are spots perfect for siting and cooling off or swimming. Guests also get free use of our multiple kayaks and paddle boards as well as a super fun rope swing! The fishing is fantastic too with large catfish and bass! This property has been our residence for over 18 years. We have trained many horses and herding dogs on this property. Conducted training clinics and lots of lessons here! We are located about 35 minutes from San Antonio, 25 minutes from Boerne and 15 minutes from the Cowboy Capital of the World, Bandera, TX! We do have a visible neighboring property.
