Come stay in our sweet semi off grid cabin just between Austin and Marble Falls Tx. Near beautiful Lake Travis.
There’s a short somewhat steep hike from the parking area by the road up to the cabin. Again the trail is steep and approximately 30 yards long. Keep this in mind because your belongings will have to be carried up the trail. If you have 4x4 you can drive up top closer to the cabin. This is a glamping experience and you will need sleeping pads, bags and pillows. We do not provide bedding. The cabin sleeps 4. 2 on the futon and 2 (preferably kids sized humans) up in the loft. There is electricity but no running water, so bring water. There a/c heat and a mini fridge/freezer. Also a sweet vintage hifi system with a good vinyl collection.
Turkey Bend recreation area on Lake Travis it’s just a couple of miles down the road. Marble Falls and Austin are both about the same distance away approximately 17 miles. Hidden Falls adventure Park is approximately 7 miles away. Lago Vista Texas is the closest city with restaurants and gas stations and grocery stores. This property is on a dirt road and light pollution in minimal so this is a great place to stargaze! The parking area is also dirt and somewhat uneven. The property is been completely fenced. Please close and secure gate after entering and exiting with the lock provided. Code provided before arrival. There is a manual gate and a automatic gate you will be given the code for both.

11 acres bordering the Sycamore Creek. Cozy, secluded camping spots with lots of hiking and elevation. Choose a spot at top of property for Hill Country views for miles or closer to the water for more privacy. We also have a 2022 class b outfitted with all the creature comforts if you don’t want to tent it.
We have marked 6 sites with a light and fire pit. But feel free to camp anywhere you like within the property line outlined. Please note defined sites are first come first serve.
If you choose to find your own site please be considerate of others space, create your own fire pit with rocks and gather only downed wood. Note if there is a fire ban at your time of stay only use camp stoves.
All camp sites are primitive and the farther from the parking area you will need to plan on hiking in. Trails are loosely defined by deer trails and there’s elevation to consider. The father from the parking area and closer you are to the creek the more private the site.

Absolutely NO HUNTING ALLOWED. We feed the deer. And the Longhorns! If you'd like to feed them too we can leave a bag of deer corn or cow cubes and you can feed them as well. Hand feeding the Longhorns is a true experience.
The property is been completely fenced. Please close and secure gate after entering and exiting with the lock provided. Code provided before arrival. There is a manual gate and a automatic gate you will be given the code for both.

There is an option for everyone needing a place to make a home base in the hill country be it a house rental, an rv spot or a tent! We stayed in a remote tent spot and had a very enjoyable experience. The community showers and restroom space was really nice to have. An especially great location for Pedernales Falls State Park visitors. We’ll definitely recommend this place and hopefully get to come stay again sometime.

Had a rough night after leaving a previously booked site that we were not too fond of. Booked this property because we didn't want to drive all the way back to Austin and pulled into a tent site at night and was skeptical of the property due to the site's being so close. Oh what a surprise we got in the morning! Turns out that the tent and primitive sites are pretty dispursed. We have a pop up tent on my truck and we probably should have booked a primitive site but being close to the showers was awesome. Will definitely be back!

Sheri and Johnnie are the sweetest couple! We loved our stay, felt super comfortable and safe! You do hear donkeys for an hour or so early in the morning and evening during their meal time (cutest donkeys ever btw), once they get fed it’s pretty quiet! This was our pups first camping trip and she was SO comfortable the entire time. We live in Austin so this is a perfect quick, easy getaway!

The location was amazing. It’s within walking/running distance of Hamilton Pool. The campsite had everything we needed including water access immediately in the camp. The outdoor shower was an incredible experience. It had the feel of being out in the open wilderness but still somehow private. The owners are super cool and have laid this place out perfect. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Weekend Trip to Ranch 3232
This is my second time staying at Ranch 3232 and I loved it even more. Getting there from Austin is super easy and convenient. The campsite is always beautiful and well maintained. There is a kitchen shack with lots of pots and pans, cups, mugs, silverware, a coffee pot, and an electric hot water kettle. This site has the best of both worlds rustic and convenient.

They also have several amenities for primitive camping that you don't always find which are nice to have. Ranch 3232 is a great option for camping and still having some nice amenities close by. Clean private bathrooms with showers. Water stations. Cute land to walk around on. The goat was hilarious and added a fun touch. The best view is near the dumpster or up on 3232. Highly recommend this campground. The host is very polite and communicates well.
