We bought the property from Mr Woodring that was born on the property in a shed! This land is virgin and untouched except for some trails and campsites :-)Learn more about this land:Just pull in and pitch a tent. No water or toilet just wild camping. Please take care of your trash. Please check where you put your tent there use to be some broken. Glass and debris but we are working hard to restore the area! We have water, septic and electrical hook ups (50 amp). This is a back in site. If you are not comfortable backing in, this is not the site for you! If you are staying over the colder months, we do not allow the use of space heaters. You must be using propane to heat. This is a farm and you are free to roam about in the front field around the camp site and watch the sunset, relax and simply enjoy nature. We are less than an hour drive to 4 different Tennessee State Parks and about 40 minutes east of Nashville. We do not typically allow dogs for long term stays We have had some confusion come up because people aren't reading the site specifications, so here is the most important. It is a gravel site, so it is not level. We do have cinder blocks at the site to help with leveling. The site is going to accommodate rigs 35 to 36 ft max However, you MUST be comfortable backing your rig. In the winter, it is dark here by 4:30-5. So if you arrive at that time you will be setting up in the dark. Make sure you are reading the rules and safety for what is allowed here.

The property is clean, the facilities are amazing, and Melissa was super helpful and friendly along the way. There weren’t even many bugs which my wife was excited about. You won’t regret staying here.

Fabulous location! Chef Robert was very responsive, the spot was really well kept, and it was so nice to have a home cooked meal on our last stop! It was near the main house but felt private. There was a concrete slab, power, picnic table with umbrella and a fire pit with chairs. He had chickens and very friendly goats! We chose the smoked hot chicken and sides from his menu and it was wonderful and worth the extra add on!! The care the hosts give to make you feel welcome is evident. Will definitely be back if we are in the area! Highly recommend.

We were dry camping, but I think there was power and water. It's close to the road, but we didn't hear any road noise. Couple of bars on both Verizon and ATT.

We did car camping with a tent that attached to the suv and WE HAD THE BEST TIME!! It was amazing, loved the space, dogs got in the water, my fiancée caught some fish, we got to relax with our three dogs with no one around and plenty of space!! We are already planning on when we are coming back

The hosts were amazing, kind and friendly! It was a great spot to camp for the night. They were very accommodating. There was plenty of space and even things to do for kids if someone has kids. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay here.

The area was kept up very well and felt like I was at a luxury camp ground. The group glamp area is perfect. Access to run around, showers, picturesque fire ring with chairs. If I am ever in the area again I will stay here and hopefully with friends next time!

Such a beautiful spot! The pavilion was so nice and for those with RVs, all the hook ups are there. Very clean portapotty on site and the creek was BEAUTIFUL! Even though a cold front came through, we were able to do a little fishing and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. If you get a chance to meet Ruby, she’s the sweetest dog ever!! So nice to meet you William.

Definitely one of the very best stays we have had with Hipcamp. There has been a lot of time spent on this property and it shows in every aspect. It’s beautiful, quiet, well maintained and the full hook ups and WiFi is so very helpful. We had a problem the first night with our electrical and the owner came out about 9 pm to make sure we had what we needed to make it through the night. The electrical problem ended up being from our power source but William was ready to come back the following day to help figure it out. We will no doubt be trying to book this property again in the future and you should too. You will not be disappointed.

Perfect space!! Camp spot had everything I needed! It was right next to a creek, had a fire pit, and solar lights…what else do ya need?!?! Elisabeth was so kind and helpful during my stay. I’ll definitely be back!! There were so many things for a girl and her dog to do there❤️❤️❤️

Absolutely awesome space. Don't even want to tell anyone about it because I don't want to share! 😂 You will not be disappointed. When pulling out recommending backing out or double checking which entrance your GPS leads you to. I had to take a really sharp right (which the area is not intended for) because my GPS let me to what is the second entrance I believe.
Overall, hands down would stay here again! 5/5 Can't wait for the next time!
