It was a nice time enjoying Benjamin's RV Sanctuary. Space was clean and well furnished. Host was available for issues and questions. Hookups were easy to use. The onsite goats and chickens were a ton of fun. Only caveats to staying here is the lack of dump access which over more than a single day stay is absolutely necessary, so we made use of Love's $10 dump access. Really enjoyed it and would recommend it highly!

We absolutely loved our stay and cannot recommend it highly enough.
From the moment we booked, our host provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions and welcomed us with genuine warmth and kindness. What began as a camping experience quickly became something much more memorable. We enjoyed wine and cheese together, shared wonderful conversation, and had the opportunity to hear stories from his travels around the world.
As a former chef, his passion for food and hospitality shines through in everything he does. He prepared dinner for us, and it was exceptional. The steak was one of the best we've ever had, and the ribs were truly outstanding. Beyond the incredible meal, we appreciated how engaging, knowledgeable, and generous he was with his time and stories.
It's rare to find a host who creates such a thoughtful and personal experience. We left feeling well cared for, well fed, and genuinely grateful for the connection.
We would absolutely book again and look forward to returning.

One of the best HipCamp experiences I have ever had. Property is beautifully situated on a large 3 acre lot in a rural area outside of Franklin. Robert was very gracious as a host, meeting us out front when we arrived and guiding us into the space which was beautifully arranged with a nice table and fire pit. The most memorable part of the experience, however, was the dinner that Robert, a former professional chef, prepare prepared for us! The opted for the Nashville hot chicken, which was absolutely delicious! Thank you, Robert for your hospitality!!

We loved the level pad for our van and a nice green backyard. The property is on a beautiful, rural road that is well worth exploring. Check-in was a breeze.

Fabulous location! Chef Robert was very responsive, the spot was really well kept, and it was so nice to have a home cooked meal on our last stop! It was near the main house but felt private. There was a concrete slab, power, picnic table with umbrella and a fire pit with chairs. He had chickens and very friendly goats! We chose the smoked hot chicken and sides from his menu and it was wonderful and worth the extra add on!! The care the hosts give to make you feel welcome is evident. Will definitely be back if we are in the area! Highly recommend.

Very nice place to go and chill. Very easy to get to. The goats are sweet as can be. There is a swing, trampoline and rock wall for the kids to play. We chose to have Robert cook our dinner for us and it was beyond what I expected. The ribeye was so good and the presentation was great. He was super nice and extremely responsive. Even though you are in close quarters you still feel like you have your privacy. I would definitely recommend to others.

this place was perfect for our 25ft rv and our dogs! they enjoyed the wide open space and were very interested in the goats and chickens. the space was a little less private than i would prefer but it wasn’t an issue at all. robert was very nice and attentive, we loved this site and will definitely be back!

This is a tranquil, very private alternative to crowded, noisy park campgrounds. We stayed just one night in a tent on a cross country trip. The chickens and goats made us feel right at home and would be fun if you are traveling with young children.
Communication with Robert was always prompt and accurate and we felt welcome and safe in this space.

Awesome stay.. the beautiful, private surroundings, along with the quaint sights and sounds of a few chickens and goats make this hipcamp a great find.
**Additionally, and a big perk and unique to any hipcamp I have stayed. Robert was a Chef in his previous life but continues to share his love for food as he offers dinner service which will exceed your expectations / compares to the very best restaurants we have dined.
Robert is an excellent host.

This site is in the host's backyard, but unlike some other backyard spots, it feels really special. The concrete pad was nice, the neighborhood was gorgeous, you felt like you were in nature, and the goats were great neighbors. But the best part was the delicious homemade meal. Go visit Robert! You won't regret it.

Robert has a lovely property with a small animal petting area that can be enjoyed by both children and adults, there is also a swing set, climbing wall and trampoline. My grand kids had a blast.
The option to have Robert cook dinner is also available and we chose to take advantage of the opportunity. The meal was wonderful. Robert is a legit chef with lots of experience.
Definitely a 5 star experience. Robert is a wonderful host. Will definitely be back for sure!!!

We arrived to this Hipcamp with our 24’ camper for a 2 night stay. The site pad was a back in easy access location. The pad is next to the host home, but beautifully landscaped and manicured large backyard. A few extras made our time there even more special: a goat and chicken yard that we could access and enjoy the animals, large yard for our dogs to run off lead if we chose to And an gourmet meal prepared by our host who is a chef!! The meal was amazing and such a treat which was worth the extra charge. I highly recommend this Hipcamp!!

I stayed at Benjamin RV Sanctuary for 4 nights! The booking process was easy and Roberts directions and instructions were clear and very helpful!
The site is not far from Roberts home but he was very quiet and considerate of guests. He out thought into the entire set up.
The location was ideal! Close to Nashville and Historic Downtown Franklin!
Very quiet at night. He has goats and chickens but the highlights was the meal Robert prepared for us! He is chef and our meal was delicious beyond words! You can tell and taste his passion for cooking!
Overall one of my favorite HipCamp sites!

Staying at Benjamin’s RV Sanctuary was a wonderful experience! Ruth was very kind and informative about arriving at their house/details on our stay. Robert came outside to meet us and brought us a thoughtful goody basket with a handwritten note and information about Franklin. Their home was beautiful! The backyard was well taken care of and very pretty. Their farm animals were cute too! I would def recommend and look forward to staying again.

The facilities were as described, the setting was even better than the pictures could show. The hosts were great!!! We had the rib Dinners which were excellent and was such a great treat as we were on the road all day. Would stay there anytime in the future👍

Ruth and Robert are gracious hosts and communicators. Everything was as expected. Our visit was marred by rain the entire time and alas we didn’t get to take full advantage of everything offered. The place is clean and well appointed. I can only imagine clear skies, a nice fire and Robert’s cooking. Ahh. There’s always next time.

My husband, kids and I loved staying at Benjamin’s Sanctuary! The hosts are so thoughtful about their property and camp set up. It’s a very comfortable and beautiful stay. Our children loved interacting with the goats and chickens (and seeing the goats use their sliding board). Ruth was super accommodating and lovely. We will be back next year and look forward to trying Robert’s menu.
