Peaceful Country Stay with Camper Pad, Patio & Local Goods Welcome to our peaceful one-acre retreat just off Hwy 65! Enjoy a quiet, traveler-friendly stay with country charm and convenient access to the city. We’re located in a small rural community just 3.3 miles from Love’s Travel Stop (with septic dump station) and only 35 minutes from downtown Nashville. ⸻ RV Parking & Access (Please Read Carefully) We offer two designated RV parking areas based on rig size. Both areas share the same amenities and add-ons. Camper Pad (Smaller Rigs Only): • Reserved for trailers and rigs 30 feet or less total length, including tow vehicle • Requires backing in from Maxie Jones Road, making a 90° turn through a 24-foot entrance gate • Best suited for experienced drivers and smaller setups Driveway Parking (Larger Rigs): • Easy in-and-out access (no tight turns) • Accommodates rigs up to 48 feet total length • Guests unable to safely make the turn into the camper pad must use the driveway If you’re unsure which option fits your rig, please contact us before arrival. ⸻ Hookups upon request • Filtered softened water included • 15-amp electric – (no A/C or high-draw appliances) included • 30-amp rental generator with fuel & setup – $40 per night ⸻ Fireside Comforts & Family Friendly • Solo Stove fire pit rental – $15 per stay • Firewood bundles – $6 • Lawn games available Kids and pets are welcome! The driveway area for larger vehicles is not perfectly level but is blacktop, but the camper pad for smaller rigs is level gravel and works well for most setups.

Less than 30 amps. Power source is a heavy duty extension cord ran off a 20 amp fuse. We do ask you not to power AC with it or high draw items.

On-property hookup. water is filtered and softened.

Very safe area. Lots of space. Water and electricity. Friendly couple. GPS sends you down the street. It’s the first house on the street with the neon doogie print in the window.

The hosts were amazing, kind and friendly! It was a great spot to camp for the night. They were very accommodating. There was plenty of space and even things to do for kids if someone has kids. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay here.

This was a great place to stay overnight. I needed a spot to rest during long drive home. Host was very accommodating and the parking spot was spacious/level for my 20ft camping rig.

A quiet/shady place near it all!

What a wonderful place to stay!!! The hosts made themselves available for anything that would be needed. The stay was more like visiting family than staying somewhere that you know nobody. Wonderful shady place to stay and all necessary shopping just 15 min away. If you’re going to visit Nashville and want out of the craziness this is the place to stay!!!! The final positive of this stay is the all natural dog treats and cleaning products that can be purchased for the furry children. Made with care from the hosts. Could go on forever about this place. Just go and check it out for yourself.

Warm and inviting home. Hosts provided plenty of amenities such as water hookup, convenient parking, seating area, pet relief area, and much more. The environment is so peaceful and you will feel right at home. You get a taste of nature without having to travel so far into the wilderness. Also Andrew and his wife sell homemade small batch treats for people and dog, P.S. the freeze dried cheesecake bites were delicious. They are truly a gem of Tennessee. We would recommend them to anyone.
