Tired of campgrounds that feel more like parking lots? Come and reconnect with nature and park your RV on our private, family friendly, large, shaded, full hookup, 72 ft long, 30 and 50 amp RV site with wifi on our 50 acre farm with fire ring and picnic table and screen house. We are not a campground, just a small farm in a rural neighborhood with 2 full hookup RV sites for guests.  30 minutes (17miles) North of Nashville, Tennessee. There are wild Turkeys and Deer that roam the property. We also have some free range Guineas and Peacocks which is why we ask that all dogs, while welcome, remained leashed at all times. We do have a leash free field for dogs to run. Great place to get away and enjoy nature, take a walk on our trails through the woods, take a hike down to our creek, listen to the birds and watch the sunset over the pasture while cooking s’mores on the fire, yet not that far from Nashville!  Perfect for enjoying nature and/or visiting Nashville. This site is for self contained RVs only, there are no restroom facilities. Check in is between 2 pm and sundown. No check ins after dark without prior approval. Limit of 2 vehicles and 2 pets. When you request to book just let us know how many people will be camping, how many pets you will be bringing with you and what you are camping in, travel trailer or motor home, and what length in feet it is. Thank you! Since this is a natural area of fields and woods, along with farm animals and wildlife you may encounter insects. We recommend bringing insect repellent for mosquitoes and ticks and making sure that your pets have protection also.

We absolutely stumbled onto a hidden gem with this HipCamp stay. The property was peaceful, beautiful, and felt like something straight out of a storybook. Huge wooded trails, wildlife everywhere, quiet campsites, and the sweetest screened-in sitting area with fresh flowers waiting for us when we arrived. But what truly made this place unforgettable was the host, Ditte. She went above and beyond in every possible way. We were welcomed with a thoughtful gift bag that included homemade elderflower jam, fire starters, dog treats for our pup, and a hand-drawn map of the entire 50-acre property with trails marked out. She even brought us fresh eggs for breakfast! The trails were gorgeous and clearly loved and cared for. We saw peacocks, toads, peaceful forest paths, and little signs throughout the woods that made the whole experience feel magical and personal. It honestly felt less like renting a campsite and more like being welcomed onto someone’s little slice of paradise. If you’re looking for a relaxing, nature-filled escape with an incredibly kind host, this is it. We already can’t wait to come back.” 🌲✨🐾🥚🦚

I've been using Hip Camp for two years, and this was by far the most beautiful place I've stayed. I was met by the hosts who helped me back in and make sure everything was ready for me. Perfect level pad with full hook-ups. Only 2 sites, and I was the only one there. Very peaceful with a really pretty forest with trails behind my site. I highly recommend this location. I hope to come back someday!

Ditte and Stan were absolutely wonderful! They met us at the site and helped us figure out our hookups. The site itself was beautiful with a firepit, a screened in area with a table, and walking trails around the property. There was a peacock that would roost in a tree by the site, so we saw him a couple of times which was fun.

Upon arrival it was everything we imagined and much more! We made great memories with our grandkids taking pics with all the farm animals. This was literally the best campsite I have been to in a long time... I WILL be back! We had a peacock roost in the trees behind us and the screenhouse was a morning coffee MUST HAVE, peaceful area but close to nashville and springfield, they had a binder of local information and a coloring booklet for kids with colored pencils, our 2 dogs had a place to run off leash and they had a blast, they had extra things just in case you needed them to hookup, and gosh, so much more! I do not even have the words to describe how great our stay was... all I can say is this is a must stop site! You won't regret it! We plan on returning regularly!!! 💕Thank you Mrs. Ditte!

Ditte and her husband are very kind and courteous. Our campsite had everything we needed. Our water was great, it was even city water so we didnneed to worry about the water quality. Ditto gave us a nice welcome gift with some jam and local information that we referred to a lot. The wifi is really fast, so you could even work from there if you needed to. Getting in and out of the site is pretty easy. It wasa very peaceful stay and our dog loved the amenities as well. They have a dedicated 4 acre fenced in pasture for dogs to run in. We will definitely be back!

This is a wonderful campsite that checks all the boxes. It's quiet, conveniently located to essentials and easy to get in and out of. We were welcomed on arrival, with a wonderful gift and even fresh flowers! There is blazing fast wifi, strong enough for remote working and HD streaming. The campsite has features for all ages and family members. The walking trail is nice, but it is wooded so bring your bug spray just in case. Our dog really enjoyed the 4 acre fenced in pasture to run and play in. The water is city water so it's fresh and clean. I recommend getting some of Ditte's jam. This is a five star site with exceptional hosts. We can't wait to go back

A hidden gem for sure! Love it, plenty of room and level for our Class A, close to everything. Beautiful site complete with screened in room, fenced area for dogs, BBQ pit and nice patio table. We had visits from peacocks and deer daily.

Awesome place to stay close to Nashville! It feels like it is a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of downtown while being only 30 min from the city. The sites are super nice and have picnic tables and screened in porch areas for hanging out or sharing meals. Seeing peacock around the camp was a bonus! We will stay here again next time we are in the Nashville area.

The definition of relaxation : Ditte's land! This place was just what we needed for a week of exploring, adventure and marking places off our bucket list. Ditte and Stan were there when we arrived and helped get started for a nice week there! The blueberry lemon jam and treats for our fur babies were an added touch of their hospitality! Thank you for opening up your land for a great place to 'glamp'!!!

Beautiful, private spot, with a lovely screened-in cabin that had flowers waiting for us! Pad is level, hookups all work great. Wifi worked perfectly. Hiking trails and off leash areas for my dog. We loved our stay. Will come again if ever in the area. Thanks!

They thought of everything! Even a welcome package. Just a half hour from Nashville, it was quiet and beautiful. They had full hookups and wifi. The site was spacious and level and it even had a private furnushed screened room which we thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend this spot!

Absolutely wonderful. Very quiet, peaceful and accommodating. Full hookups, easy back in. Wifi was great. Peacocks will visit during your stay. Dittie was so polite and showed us around the farm. She had our granddaughter a coloring book and crayons, so sweet. She also gave us a jar of blueberry lemon jam that she made. Make sure to check ahead of your visit to see if her granddaughter has organic range free eggs for $4 a dozen. We will definitely be back!!

Ditte and Stan were gracious and accommodating hosts. The campsite was beautiful and well maintained. They had extra amenities such as Wi-Fi and cable. They also had a beautiful fenced in screened room with outdoor furniture, board games and a binder giving the location of restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations and other local places to shop. Included was a nice fire pit with outdoor furniture and firewood included. There was a welcome bag on the picnic table with homemade blueberry jam made from their homegrown blueberry garden. There was also a map locating the hiking trails on their property. Fenced in dog run and peacocks roaming the premises. They're only 30 miles from Nashville, great location. I highly recommend this camp ground. I give it a 10.

What a gem! This was my 1st Hipcamp experience and I was very impressed. The full sized screen house was just perfect. Inside was table, chairs perfect place to rest up. Thank you, fabulous hosts!

We were looking for a quiet and safe space for our 38’ camper while celebrating our anniversary and visiting Nashville. This spot was everything we asked for and a lot we didn’t even know we were missing. Here are a few highlights that sets this treasure apart. These were our experiences and we were just left in awe. 1. Secluded- The site was very private with houses in the distance, but the beautiful trees and bushes shield you. 2. The best hosts you could ask for. Ditte and her husband met us at the site after providing clear directions. Communication was immediate, clear, helpful and kind. There were fresh pulled blueberries, homemade jam, and fresh flowers in the screen house on arrival! 3. The site! The site was clearly marked and level. We had plenty of supplies but the host had items ready if needed. Fast WiFi was easy to use. 4. The screen house! The screen house was nice for drinking coffee in the mornings while taking in the fresh air or playing some bluegrass gospel in the evenings. The site was only a few miles outside of the craziness of Nashville but allowed us to be close enough to visit and explore. Thanks again for the hospitality Ditte! This was possibly the best camping experience we’ve ever experienced.
