Situated in the foothills of the Blueridge Mountains we are in horse and wine county! The area is also part of the isothermal belt so the weather is always better than the rest of the South or the Mountains. The land is about 1/2 pastures and the remainder are beautiful forests with trails, creeks and even our own waterfall.
