Rosewood Farm and Agripark is my home. I honestly had about the most amazing childhood one could have on this very land! We hunted, fished, made mud pies and played outside for hours, as long as we were in shouting distance for supper time! I am so fortunate to be the daughter of two amazing parents, who had a dream to build a working farm from nothing more than a logging trail in the woods. They built a 3 story, 10,000 square foot house by themselves- while raising a family! We have 200 acres of farmland that features rolling hills, multiple ponds, creeks, farm animals, show horses and countless wildlife viewing opportunities. Wild turkey and deer roam free all over the farm, coveys of dove fly out from the pastures and trails, and coyotes howl in the night. Listen to the frogs croaking, crickets chirping and whipporwhills calling every evening under a magical blanket of stars. Take a nature hike through the trails that meander through the woods around the park. Our newest venture is to offer primitive camping and some cabin rentals around our 60 acre Agripark!
For those wanting to step it up a notch, we have erected a large concrete floor, covered event barn (for parties, family reunions, weddings, cowboy church, etc..,) and also a huge petting zoo barn with an area behind it for pony rides and 4-h/FFA functions. Also, a greenhouse is being erected next, that will teach people about aquaponics and hydroponics! Many things are on the immediate horizon for this special property. While we are under heavy construction at the moment in some areas of the park, many amenities are currently available. Why not unplug from the daily grind and spend time with those that matter most? My goal is to make this land as magical for your family as it has been for mine!

This unique farmhouse style home is a great choice for travelers and an excellent venue for gatherings by local residents. It has easy access but the property has abundant trees and is secluded from nearby roads and homes for privacy. The interior, baths, and kitchen are updated but maintain a pleasant farmhouse feel. The host had it perfectly clean and well stocked. It has a bonfire pit and a smaller fire pit for outside gatherings and the hot tub was immaculately clean, heated, and ready for use when we arrived. Kids can enjoy swings and slides. We used it for a small gathering where about a dozen guests gathered during the day and six spent the night. Could not have been happier with property or hosts.
Fireworks are legal and permitted within reasonable hours. Horses are welcome.

Eden is a unique campground. We have a couples camper thats fully stocked with games, wifi, bluetooth speakers, coffee maker, wine glasses, firewood, the camper has a (queen sized bed and a bench for a small child) all toiletries, bedding, etc. Our large tent site will easily fit two tents if needed and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests. The tent site is wooded and both sit along a fern covered creek. Welcome to beautiful Aiken County SC! We are a small homestead/farm 10 miles north of the wonderful little city of Aiken. Our clothing optional farm offers access to sandy roads for riding horses and 4 wheelers, a sand pit is also close by for some exciting 4 wheeler action. Our travel trailer is situated next to the house but offers a private refuge. Pets are allowed but we have livestock guardian dogs so they must be leashed. The trailer sports a queen memory foam mattress and full amenities with accommodations for other sleepers on fold outs. The bathroom is private. It is VERY IMPORTANT that only toilet paper goes in the toilet. We have a super sensitive septic system. We have a small trashcan for any feminine products etc. You have your own parking spot and there is a short 30 foot trail to your yurt. Food and restaurants are very nearby in town and I provide a complete list of all my recommendations.For guests who stay in the Sandcastle, there is an outdoor shower, a pool, Also, a kitchenette and grill, fridge, sink, and personal fire pit are available for your use.We have an aquaponic pond with koi that feed our hydroponic vegetable garden and multiple bee hives that pollinate everything. We also have many fruit trees on the property. There is a pond for our ducks, and the intracoastal river that is just a walk down the street.Check out is no later than noon.Guests are encouraged to explore the 6 acre property, relax by the pond, on the deck or by the pool. Eden is a unique campground. We have a couples camper thats fully stocked with games, wifi, bluetooth speakers, coffee maker, wine glasses, firewood, the camper has a (queen sized bed and a bench for a small child) all toiletries, bedding, etc. Our large tent site will easily fit two tents if needed and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests. Both sites have wifi, power, and water along with a grill, fire pit, seats, tables, and fire wood and EVERYTHING else you will need for a relaxing time! The tent site is wooded and both sit along a fern covered creek. For those who like to hike, we have a 5 acre tree canopied nature trail with seating that let's you sit in peace with the birds, squirrel, and the occasional deer.

We are a working equine and small animal rescue farm. You will walk out the front door with ponies grazing as your view. You can also look out the kitchen window while making your coffee and watch the horses graze.

We do have a fire pit on the property that you are welcome to use, as well as a charcoal grill. You are responsible for bringing your own charcoal, lighters, etc. If you need wood bundles please let us know.
We are located appx 20 minutes from Lake Thurmond and several well-known golf courses.
The entire property is a no-smoking zone. This includes cigarettes, vape pens, etc. This is also a non-drinking zone. No alcohol of any kind is allowed on the premises. These rules are set in place for the safety of my family and my animals.
Please let us know if there is anything you need before your arrival and we do our best to accommodate you. For your convenience there is a Dollar General located one mile down the road.

Welcome to beautiful Aiken County SC! We are a small homestead/farm 10 miles north of the wonderful little city of Aiken. Our clothing optional farm offers access to sandy roads for riding horses and 4 wheelers, a sand pit is also close by for some exciting 4 wheeler action. Our travel trailer is situated next to the house but offers a private refuge. Pets are allowed but we have livestock guardian dogs so they must be leashed. The trailer sports a queen memory foam mattress and full amenities with accommodations for other sleepers on fold outs. There is a fire pit in our front yard and option of propane pit for the canopy area by the trailer.
Guests are welcome to experience small farm life, we have chickens, of course, turkeys Jacob Sheep, Kunekune pigs and 4 Central Asian Sheppard LDG's and plenty of fresh garden raised food. There is also a futon for additional guests.. There is a floor in the dome and both small screen windows and full panel windows for airflow and to keep out bugs. The sandcastle is a "glamping" tent. :-) Because it gets cold in the evenings, we have special insulation in the cooler months to keep you warm, along with duvet and blanket there is also a heater for winter and small ac for summer. The bathroom is private. It is VERY IMPORTANT that only toilet paper goes in the toilet. We have a super sensitive septic system. We have a small trashcan for any feminine products etc. You have your own parking spot and there is a short 30 foot trail to your yurt. Food and restaurants are very nearby in town and I provide a complete list of all my recommendations.For guests who stay in the Sandcastle, there is an outdoor shower, a pool, Also, a kitchenette and grill, fridge, sink, and personal fire pit are available for your use.We have an aquaponic pond with koi that feed our hydroponic vegetable garden and multiple bee hives that pollinate everything. My favorite campground to date. They were super accommodating when I asked to check in early. The camper I stayed in was spot on with the holiday decor, cleanliness and layout. Being able to look out the windows or stand on the deck to say good morning to my favorite little friend, Batman, was phenomenal. I got to help Macy with some feeding and poop scooping! She was great at answering ALL my questions and telling me some of their farm history and stories in such a way that was natural, casual and especially fun. Impressive all around. The combination of an easy-going and inviting atmosphere with professional standards is perfection.

My kids loved the camper and the farm and had a great time. Fun board games available in the camper and there is a nice hiking trail we walked on during the day. My daughter loved to feed the animals and both kids enjoyed the playground. We made a campfire both nights we were there. Highly recommend and hope to be back in the future.

Richie was a great host and the shack was cute. The land is just uphill of the host's main house. You don't have to worry about the shared property because he respects your privacy. He said hello to us when we arrived and then we saw him again just before we checked out. It rained each night we stayed here and the shack kept us warm and dry.

We loved our trip. The hosts went above and beyond to have us have a comfortable stay. I have two toddlers, and it rained a majority of our trip, but would you believe that they set up a busy box for our toddlers so that they could have activities to do inside the camper?? So generous.
The bed was comfortable, the hot water was piping hot, the string lights were perfect. We really had no complaints. It was very quiet and relaxing! We had a great time. Highly recommend. We will be back!!!!
