Tucked away in the woods, you will forget you are less than a ten-minute drive from Portland and Beaverton. The camper is located between St Johns and Kenton in charming North Portland. It is safely located in the backyard of the property, and is surrounded by tall fences and shrubbery, allowing for absolute privacy. Beautiful yard with outdoor dining area and hot tub access (hot tub available starting September 2025). We are located a half a block away from the historic Columbia Park, with a long walking path through mature Doug firs, sports fields, pickleball courts and a play area/splash pad in the summer. There are many wonderful restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops located nearby. The neighborhood is safe and we have free parking. We are pretty quiet here:)

Weekend Trip to Elkenmist
The yurt was a perfect way to winter camp and stay semi-warm in the process. The sauna was restorative and the showers had somewhat warm water (better than freezing!) Lots of woods/trails to explore. Saw some elk roaming on our last mornigng there. Will definitely be coming back when its warmer!

Weekend Trip to The Old Barn In The Woods
Check-in and out was a breeze. Communication with the host was very quick. This was a great getaway as we were so close to downtown Bevearton but the barn was secluded enough that my party and I felt like we were off the beaten path and could disconnect from the world. We’d totally stay at the Old Barn again!

The Astro-dome was one of my favorite weekend trips in a long time. The hosts thought of every little thing to make our stay here so comfortable including slippers, robes, extra blankets, board games, twinkle lights, coffee and tea etc. The dome was clean and cozy. The hot tub was so relaxing. The trails right from the front door step to the creek were so fun. The hosts were very easy to communicate with as well. I can’t wait to stay here again!

Kelly and Randy were so attentive and sweet!! We had such an incredible weekend and I’m so thankful they shared their space and sweet animals with us. Don’t skip out on the fresh farm egg breakfast and playing fetch with Boone. Our favorite goats were Milo and chance, special mention to lavender the chicken. This weekend was such a special memory for us and I’m thankful we spent my partners birthday here. We will be back for sure :)

Kelly's Geo-dome was exactly as advertised. There were heaters inside, which we used this morning. My friend Darcy characterized it as, "better than glamping."
The power shut off last night after we were already in for the night so it didn't impact us. This morning, we easily got the power back on.
There were very friendly dogs and also goats with whom we didn't interact. We will definitely be back next!

Had a great time staying at the Yurt! The compostimg toilets were extra clean. The land and location was beautiful. We did the farm tour and got to see how they sustain themselves, which was awesome to see. Brought 2 toddlers who had fun running on the land and eating blueberries.

We simply loved our stay at Kelly's place! Everything was incredible, from the fully-equipped dome with comfortable furniture and all the amenities, cutlery and accessories one could wish for (it even had Sonos bluetooth speaker) to the care and attention to details of the host who was so kind to bring us daily fresh farm egg breakfast, and to the extensive activities opportunities nearby - disk golf, axe throwing, soccer and more!
But above all, you the views were simply astounding, with picturesque sights of the river and the plains and unbeatable sunsets

Den made spending my 43rd here pretty smooth and carefree. The wood burning sauna, which he built (!!!!!), was amazing and it was just nice being natural and free ^_^ he also built the yurt, which was cool. Loved the outdoor kitchen, too. Tons of berries to eat everywhere. Will try to visit again!
