1000 feet up on Green Mountain just south of Kalama WA boasting a spectacular view of the Columbia River. The south facing hillsides are nestled in a lovely forested area with fir trees all around. Enjoy staying in a 24 foot diameter geodesic dome with a gazebo, fire pit and disc golf. A short walk down the hill enjoy the infrared red light sauna. This is a hobby farm with friendly goats, and social free range chickens wandering about. Go on a forest goat walk, gaze at Mount Hood, cuddle a chicken, play ball with Boone the Border Collie. A delicious farm fresh egg breakfast is yours if you'd like. Nearby activities available are hiking, snow shoeing near Mount Saint Helens, fishing, kayaking or Stand Up Paddleboard at Horseshoe Lake, eat dinner on the roof top at Mcmenamins river side restaurant, or hit the a casino.The geodesic dome is a bed and breakfast with hosts on site on Green Mountain just north of Woodland Washington just off I5. It has easy access from the road, and plenty of parking space. There’s an ADA ramp to the front door for easy entry. There’s one queen size bed and two fold out sleeping pads, a couch, desk, table and chairs. Strong WiFi, tv, microwave, cooking surface, refrigerated cooler as well as bottled water and a composting toilet inside. Stay warm with the pellet stove and cool off with an automatic solar fan or open the side flaps for more breeze. Everything you need to sit and enjoy the breath taking view of the river as ships pass by. You also have a view of the five goats and 12 chickens who may be roaming around. Cozy up to a fire next to the gazebo. At night around the dome is lit outside for a while by solar by lights. The bay window does also have curtains. The toilet is behind a divider with an exhaust vent and fan. No need to go outside to go to the bathroom. We do also have an Electric Vehicle charger you can use.

Perfect getaway!

The dome was the perfect getaway. Kelly and Boone made us feel so incredibly welcomed. The space was clean, spacious, and peaceful. Kelly is an amazing chef and made us an amazing breakfast with fresh eggs. Would definitely recommend this hip camp to anyone. Such a blissful experience. Thank you!!

The geodesic dome was so fun! Kelly was very accommodating, the dome had everything we needed and more! Kelly graciously walked us around her property and let us pet all her farm animals! She even made us a farm fresh egg for breakfast!

Our family stayed here for a night and it was wonderful to say the least! We were met by Kelly and her sweet dog Boone who showed us around and made us feel at home. We got to meet her chickens and goats and even did a nature walk around the property with them! My son really got a kick out of all the animals and got to pet and feed them treats that Kelly was so kind enough to provide. The views were incredible and the egg and salad breakfast Kelly so kindly prepared for us in the morning was a wonderful addition to the stay as well. Would definitely love to stay again and get a chance to check out the sauna, it looked awesome! Overall it was a wonderful stay and thanks again to Kelly and Randy for sharing their property with us!

My partner and I had such an amazing time in the geodesic dome! Kelly went above and beyond as a host! The spot features gorgeous views of the Columbia river, along with farm animals, yard games, a hottub, and a sauna! What more could you want!? The dome was incredibly comfortable and Kelly had the place stocked with snacks, wine, board games, TV, and Wifi. My partner and I played Cornhole, played fetch with Boone (Kelly's dog), pet the goats, fed the chickens, cooked veggie dogs on the fire, and in the morning Kelly brought us eggs with toast and a delicious salad. It was such a relaxing time and an incredible getaway we will remember for a long time.
