A bridge crosses Rock Creek and there is a hiking trail beyond. Our garden hot tub is a welcome place to soak and enjoy the stars at night. Its an older tub but still keeps the water at 102 degrees. Our cabin has a kitchenette with a small fridge, sink, 2-burner gas stovetop, microwave, teapot, crockpot, toaster, and 2-cup coffee maker, plus a few dishes, cutlery, and pots and pans - enough for simple meal preparation. Coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer are provided. The cabin has a small woodstove as its only heat source. A little wood can be provided, and we provide newspaper, matches, and fire starters. There is an abundance of kindling around the property - great for getting a fire going. The stove holds 18" x 4" split logs, if you have some to bring. There are two smaller stuffed chairs, and two bar stools at a counter/bar with views of the creek. The bathroom has a shower and vanity sink, and towels and toiletries are provided. There is hot and cold running water, although the 3-gallon hot water heater limits showers to less than 5 minutes. Nice sturdy steps lead up to the loft upstairs which has an 8" full-sized (wider than a twin but narrower than a queen) memory foam mattress with fresh linens. The loft is low and cozy which allows the camper to sit up on the bed but not stand up. A compost toilet is about 100 yards away, and has a rechargeable motion detector indoor light. Bring your flashlights to find the compost toilet as well as the hot tub as the property is very dark. WiFi is available. The password is listed in the binder on the table. Some games and puzzles are provided.

1 night at Camp Colton

Camp Colton is an awesome place to visit! Their property is large and has a lot of activities to explore (animal petting area, trails on the property, and a fishing pond). They've got a variety of awesome structures including cabins, a tiny home, yurts, and a communal covered fire pit gazebo. The Beehive cottage met my expectations perfectly, it was clean, warm, and tucked into the trees right by a creek that runs through the property. It was perfect for a quick getaway, while providing comfortable amenities during a cold and rainy Oregon fall evening. The bed is perfectly comfortable, and was made prior to my arrival. The host provided towels and linens, I didn't need to bring anything extra. Additionally, there is a covered back patio which is a perfect spot to sit out and listen to the babble of the creek and wildlife spot. I would recommend a stay here!

Weekend Trip to Creekside Cabin in Williams, OR

This cozy hobbit style cottage allowed us the opportunity to escape wifi and work together and just get away from it all. You can do that here. The whole of the land is especially beautiful with many bubbling rolling creeks and green woodlands. This is a place with great big crayfish, little garter snakes, baby salmon, a few friendly bats, and also blackberry further up the trails. An amazing unique natural place where you feel like you're camping and have the whole campground yourself. My wife and I loved it and plan to to return

Susan's place is phenomenal. It's a fantastic location right above Billy Chinook Lake. It has a sweet little cabin you can stay in and a tent site area complete with everything you could need for a weekend away. Her attention to detail is impeccable. Each area has outdoor lounging areas, propane fire pits, outdoor cooking areas complete with supplies, a lovely hot outdoor shower, and a cozy hot tub that's perfect for late night soaking and star gazing. She was the best host you could ask for, so friendly, helpful, and responsive.

We loved staying in Trent’s little cabin oasis! The bed was comfy, the hot tub was extremely fun and relaxing, the hammock was where my wife spent most of her time, while I spent my time cooking and playing fetch with our dog. I’d certainly recommend this place to friends! The cooking supplies really helped, and there were little things like salt/pepper, the bedside fan, fresh water, ice, tiki torches, and coffee that made our stay even better. Trent and his wife were super friendly with our dog, which we always appreciate! Thank you for having us!

From the moment we first communicated with Trent he was very accommodating. Everyone around the property is extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Any questions you have they can answer (even about Burmese Poison Fighting Goats). The bed was very comfortable, the wood fired hot tub relaxing, and the property serene (albeit some noisy neighbors at 4am- looking at you roosters). Stay here, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

This Hipcamp exceeded our expectations. Super cute and magical. We enjoyed the sauna and hot tub, plus the outdoor showers were nice and warm. The Hobbit House really felt straight out of the shire, and the lights at night made it super cozy. You can tell the hosts put a lot of thought into the place as well as its amenities. 10/10 would stay again

Between the very homey and well-maintained cabin+trails to our incredibly kind and welcoming hosts, my wife and I really enjoyed our time staying on Trent's property. He gave us wonderful suggestions for our hiking and adventuring that turned out really well for us, and also checked in to make sure we were doing well during our stay, without being invasive or intruding on our vacation time. The hot tub is awesome, we had fresh eggs from Trent's chickens with our breakfast (and enjoyed feeding the goats 🐐) and our time was well incredibly spent and relaxing. Thanks again!!

Wow! This place was amazing. Trent was a fantastic host, very welcoming, and so fast to respond if there was anything we needed! We stayed in mid August and spent most of our time in Portland. Returning only for sleep and the luxurious and inspiring hot tub soak, which could snugly fit two people. The property is beautiful. I would recommend this place absolutely. Everything we needed was already there and we found we had overpacked on several items. The cabin was so cute and very romantic for our anniversary getaway. The record player inside was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.

Me, my partner, and our dog really enjoyed our stay at Cabin Del Courtyard. Susan is so communicative and thoughtful. We enjoyed all of the accommodations, especially the Nexgrill, hot tub (once it cooled down at night), and the fire pit. The hosts have really thought of everything that you need and prioritize their guests privacy. We would love to stay and visit the area again.
