Our farm is an agritourism/sheep farm that offers seasonal events, educational workshops, a petting zoo, Bed and Breakfast, farm store, and camping area!
We are a working farm during the week but we allow camping on weekends or weekdays. The price is the same except the petting zoo and farm store are only open on weekends.
We don't have hookups, so bring a generator if you need it. If you need to fill up your RV water tank, we charge $10. Each of the 3 sites has a fire ring and picnic table.
A Grill Pavilion is available to rent for $20 extra. See photos. Propane is included.
We allow check-ins during the week after 12 noon, perfect for folks passing through and just need a safe and quiet place to park for the night and not interested in visiting the farm store, the barnyard or the rest of the farm, which are closed during week.
If you are looking for a petting zoo experience or want to browse our farm store, we are only open from 10-4 weekends. However, we do offer camp side service for things like fresh eggs, sausage, ground beef, firewood, jams or honey. You can order those items through the app here, or once you arrive, you can send us a message through the app and we will deliver to your camp site. We accept card or cash.
While we are dog-friendly, we do not allow dogs closer to the petting zoo area. We offer a 1+ acre fenced in area next to the camping sites where you can allow your dogs off-leash. No extra charge.
Our camping area is a large grassy field that will accommodate multiple tent campers, travel trailers, and RVs under 30' with room to turn around, stake your area, and not feel crowded.
There is also 1 regularly maintained porta potty located in this area.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE: Turn into the driveway and up towards the house. You will enter the camping area through the open double gates on your left. Pull up to either site next to the blue porta potty.

Our farm is a beautiful, private 25 acres with an 1830s house, outbuildings, animals, orchards, gardens, pastures, old trees, wildlife habitat, a spring, and woods. Ancient Spring Farm is a beautiful little farm tucked away in the country. You can really tell that Rebecca has put hard work and love into every acre. The animals are playful and lively, and the chickens curious and explorative! Staying under the old shed helped keep the camper cool, and was a real blessing when storms came through! I wasn't able to do any of the farm add-ons during my trip but I'm hoping to stay again soon when I have more time and take a couple classes and tours. Really was a great stay, looking forward to coming back!

Can’t believe more people haven’t stayed here!! So quaint and reserved. Nicest host and such an expansive property with tons of trails, two docks, and hammocks to pass the time. Only two big caveats are the lack of an outhouse and no signal. Otherwise, perfect! Secluded and just the getaway I needed.

I enjoyed the tent camping on the farm. Mr. Robert was great, very kind and helpful. The farm has a really interesting decor. The pond was full of life . I didn't do any real fishing but I did put a line in and got a couple of bites. If you're looking for a place to unplug and relax this is a great place. I would happily go back.

What a great campsite next to Hanging rock state park! The site felt very private and such a great view of the sunset and mountains. The hosts take great care of the property and leave ample cleaning supplies for the poop shed. There is a dollar general only a few minutes from the site. Was a very relaxing experience!

Had a great time tent camping at Kohler Farms!
I visited during the heat of the summer, but the shaded grassy area and wades in the creek kept me and my dog cool as could be.
The site was exceptionally well-maintained. I am just getting back into camping since my youth, and this was my first Hipcamp trip. After being a bit disappointed with the amount of trash at some state parks recently, this private site was a breath of fresh air, absolutely spotless!
My dog loved the freedom, the visits from other pets, and watching the giant Shire horses on the property. The unlimited firewood bins were an incredible bonus. I would highly recommend this site to anyone and will definitely be back!

We had a great weekend at Hidden Oasis! The property is easy to find and owners have put in a lot of effort to make it a nice little campground. We enjoyed having a bathroom and warm shower nearby. Also took advantage of the pavilion with the picnic table to eat at. It was nice and quiet as we were fortunate enough to be the only ones there that weekend. There was a bit of poison ivy around the site / area but for the most part the tent grass was free from this. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the farm! The views were beautiful. My boyfriend loved fishing in the pond. I enjoyed running around the farms trail, and getting acquainted with the animals. Our site was pond B and it was perfect with plenty of space! There was no one close by, so it felt like we had the area to ourselves. We plan to return we liked it so much!

We car camped one night and it was great! The stargazing was indeed awesome, and the friendly cats delighted my children. We stayed at the Far Meadow campsite which had plenty of space and a nice tree swing. We took an evening stroll and said hi to the pigs and the sheep, played a little disc golf, and listened to the frogs. Saw some fireflies too. Would definitely return.
