This was our second stay at Tilden Hill Farm and I can't say a bad thing. We absolutely love it there. It's very peaceful, has beautiful views, and friendly staff. My son and his girlfriend had a great time fishing, they each got 3. The bike and hiking trails are groomed nicely. Depending on your site the cows will come watch you in the morning. I can't say enough good things. Tilden Hill Farms has a lot to offer check them out

Ken’s site was really beautiful! Unfortunately, we were there on a time with some pretty cold weather so we weren’t able to take full advantage of it. Adirondack Waterfall Oasis

With cobblestone mill ruins, a 200 year old cemetery at the property entrance and a large dam at the top of some of New York's most beautiful waterfalls, this is the former site of one of the Georgia Pacific's many logging mills dating back to the early 1800's and a part of Adirondack history. Surrounded by bedrock, huge boulders, massive pine trees and miles and miles of trails, the Fowlerville Falls offer days of exploration and/or relaxation. There is a large swimming hole at the top of the falls, just off of the South-facing bedrock bank, where you can swim or lay in the sun. The falls, themselves, are almost 500 ft. across (at the widest point) and approximately 150 ft. in length (from top to bottom), ascending at approximately a 40-45 degree angle, making them navigable by foot. In the drier months (and, of course, depending on rain fall), most of the falls are dry, with only 50 - 100 ft. of water flow, making them navigable by foot. There are many little pools and flowing water across the bedrock to explore, along with the rest of the river, the surrounding woods and adjacent miles and miles of atv/hiking trails. If you are kayaker, there river above the falls is calm and fairly shallow, ranging from .5 - several feet in depth. And if you are white water enthusiast, Fowlerville Falls (and the Moose River) is a nationally rated and renowned spot, boasting a class III-IV under normal release conditions, and a dangerous, cold class V under spring runoff conditions. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. Learn more about this land: A raw, pine forest lining the bedrock banks of Port Leyden's Fowlerville Falls, just inside of the Adirondack park. The former site of one of Georgia Pacific's old logging mills, the property has private access to beautiful water falls, a large swimming hole just off of a large, South-facing rock bank, untamed, clean pine forests, ATV and hiking trails, trout & small mouth bass fishing, many fire pits and areas to camp throughout the property.

We are also in a very popular area to the Amish. They are great neighbors and we are sure you will see them pass by regularly with their horse and buggy. The property is also next to a show horse farm that has two donkeys so be prepared to hear them also . Very entertaining. We are currently a new site and are doing construction on the land. Please be patient with us. We have one other listing on the land so there may be times you do see other guests. We have a home under construction on the property so we also may be there at times. This site gives you a quiet wooded area to camp for the night or two with a porta potty for luxury camping. This site allows you to have a quiet place to camp without a lot of people and kid free. Most campgrounds have children but Stars and Sage does not allow children. Please feel free to bring your own camping needs as we only provide a fire area. The site is approximately 19 feet by 39 feet in dimension. You will be close to Mexico village and about 20 minutes from the city of Oswego. Plenty of biking areas all around . Enjoy a hike in the trail or take a short trip to Mexico point to put your Canoe or kayaks in to enjoy Lake Ontario. Lake Ontario is well known for fishing. You may see deer, Fox, muskrat, etc. you may hear coyotes in the distance. A flash light and a hatchet and bug spray are definitely recommended to have on hand.

**Closed for renovations ** This is a future project. NOT currently open to the public! Pending Post: Little Creek Camp is a unique place to relax, reconnect, or rejoice 'round the campfire. Little Creek Camp is a year-round ideal tenting spot for travelers, families and nature enthusiasts. FREE Firewood. Bring your axe! We have provided fire-rings for you to use at your chosen tent site. TENTS PREFERED Tent sites: Park in the driveway and walk your gear to any spot you find comfortable. Your campsite depends on you. Pull-behinds: ok to park where you see fit. Depending on recent weather, the ground may be too soft for RVs/Campers to turn around. BYOBF 'Bring Your Own BIRD FEEDER' The property is loaded with hummingbirds, songbirds, woodpeckers, even an owl on occasion... July through August is a very active time for these little guys, as they chipper and play near the Rhododendron bushes or the fruit trees in the hammock-hangout. Bring and hang a full hummingbird feeder, or any bird feeder, near your campsite for a closer look at our little friends. Foraging on site: Wild Blackberry, Raspberry, Blueberry, mushroom, nuts... bring your NYS foraging guide! Come for the birds, the berries, or the foliage, please leave nothing but footprints. THIS IS NOT A CAMPGROUND This is a judgement free, welcoming space that should be respected. There is no public restroom, a shovel can be provided There is no electricity on site. No running water other than the stream. It seems clear, but it is not safe to drink. For shower: there is a public shower at the Beach House at Fair Haven State Park. NO Hunting on site. Please engage in 'active raccoon control' meaning, lock any food in the car before bed or when not in use. Raccoons are naturally shy animals that prefer to retreat when they sense humans nearby. Removing access to food sources is the most effective raccoon control. Adventuring? Nearby attractions are a NYS specialty. This is a great location for anyone visiting Fair Haven Beach, Sterling Nature Center or nearby Chimney Bluffs. The NYS Renaissance Festival is only a few minutes’ drive.
