At night, they can be configured as a king-size bed. The labeled box on the shelf contains a gap filler when converting 2 twin beds into a king-size bed. In the small kitchen, an off-grid water system with a foot pump faucet and enamel sink provides 5 gallons of unheated water. Basic cooking can be done on the camping stove provided, and we offer drinking water from our well. The kitchen is stocked with essential cooking supplies. Remember, this is an off-grid cabin with no running water, and electricity is provided by battery, so please be mindful of our limited power supply and refrain from using high-energy items such as hairdryers or electric heaters. During colder months (November to May), the composting toilet is moved inside the cabin, and there is no shower available. From June to November, an outdoor toilet and shower are provided.
