We enjoyed our stay very much. It was a nice private space all to ourselves. Super close to Neversink Gorge Trails and people in the area were generally nice and amiable! We particularly enjoyed Skiddy the goat and appreciate how Brittani was communicative. It would be even better if the beddings were a bit cleaner and the light under the bunk bed was working. Other than that, it's got everything you need and we had a blissful time.
Site is on a beautiful property, could be a great stay if a little bit of maintenance and care went into the tiny house / site. Mostly very private could hear loud kids just for a few hours, No hammock, lanterns didn’t work, downed tree cutting off fire pit area, silverware tray had random items in it, products left behind could’ve been thrown out, dirty sheets/blanket, dish sponge hadn’t been replaced, but again, cool site, gorgeous property, great hiking, the space just needs a little more extra love and care!! I’ll give it a 5/10.

It's nice out in the woods. The house is nice and every thing works well. Its convenient and the ducks and goats on the way to the house add charm.

Very beautiful, quiet and private site! It rained quite a bit so the gas stovetop inside came in very handy. The neversink unique area is seriously breathtaking so be sure to do a hike while you're there!

Brittani’s cabin is soo cute and makes for the perfect weekend away! It’s tucked away and completely private, everything you need to cook over a fire, and enjoy nature! The goats and ducks are soo cute!!

Beautiful cabin, everything is very well built and thoughtful. There was a diesel heater that heated the space up great and a portable propane heater as well. The site is secluded and hosts were very nice. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the cabin yesterday, and overall it was a great experience.
I had a great time staying here! This tiny home felt like a true retreat, and Brittani was quick to answer whenever I reached out with questions.
Be sure to check out the nearby trail/hike, the waterfall is awesome!
We love Tiny House as it’s nestled in the woods and feels very private. The hosts are kind, give clear instructions, and they’re super responsive to any questions that may come up. We love to tent camp and this tiny house is a great option for the colder months. We were not able to use the woodstove during our stay, but there is also a diesel heater which warms the place quickly, and for a quieter option, a small portable propane heater (purchase cans of propane at the conveniently located trading post which also has literally anything else you may forget at home). As others have mentioned, the path down to Tiny House is steep… like for REAL. An ACTUAL 4-wheel drive can make it, but ONLY if the ground is dry. That said, be prepared to hike in/out your gear if need be. And if that’s not your cup of tea, we did discover that the hosts have a couple reasonably priced Airbnbs in the area - check out Cabin in Rock Hill “Trails Head Cabin” (on the same street as Tiny House) or nearby Home in Rock Hill “Beaver Lake Escape”. Our reason for visiting was to tackle the challenging hikes of the Neversink waterfalls. Trails Head Tiny House provided amazing access, as well as, respite from our hectic city life. We look forward to a future visit!

The goats were very cute and the site was lovely. The path down from parking is pretty steep. Would definitely recommend!
Beautiful quiet, private space and great hosts! My SUV has 4 wheel drive, but we decided to park in the lot for easier "in's and out's" during our visit as the walk was shorter than expected.
The goats were adorable and the backup heating system was a great help, since we were visiting the area during a fire ban.
Impressed by how close beautiful hiking was available to our stay.

Trails Head Tiny House
We had such a lovely stay in the Tiny House! The goats were adorable, and the sleeping loft was comfy and cozy. Our dog had a great time exploring on the long line. Thank you Brittani!!
We had such a great stay at this solar tiny house. The space is simple but comfortable. It was stocked with a lot of essentials so I didn't even need many things that we brought.
My Honda Sport handled the drive to camp no problem, which I'm glad, because we had a lot of gear and I couldn't imagine hauling it all the way to the site.
One of the highlights was the nearby hike to Mullet Falls—absolutely beautiful and worth the trip. The trail was easy to follow and made for a perfect way to spend part of the day. Being able to shower after was also really nice.
For food, the Rock Hill Café nearby was a gem. Everything I tried there was fresh and delicious, and it was such a nice bonus to have great local food within reach.
If you’re looking for a quiet spot to recharge, connect with nature, and enjoy some great local flavor, this place is a wonderful choice.

The Neversink Gorge Trails were incredible. Mullet Brook Falls and High Falls were gorgeous.
What a nice set up here! Had more than enough space inside and was such a treat to end a day in the woods with a movie with the wifi! AT&T service had 1 bar and was usable, however, the wifi helped if need be! The walk down to the tiny house is rocky but very manageable! Goats & ducks were such a nice pit stop on your way up! Loved the area surrounding the tiny house for hiking! Waterfalls and nice terrain to see! Had pots and dishes and everything I needed! Thank you!

Great stay, it has just enough amenities for a comfortable stay. Very quiet and peaceful. The walk down is not bad but the way up feels very steep so I recommend trying for just one trip. Easy to find.

Trails Head Tiny House
We loved our first trip to the Tiny House so much, we came back for a second time!! We just adore this spot and were so glad to get to use the wood stove to keep us nice and toasty :)
The tiny house was just as expected. The goat was very thorough on what was available for use at the house. We used the solar for two days running the main overhead light, the tv, laptop, and WiFi. The wood stove was great! The diesel heater was great for overnight. When the fire dies the diesel heater keeps that deep chill off. The tiny house feels very private and we felt secluded the entire weekend. Gas station is right up the road just in case you need anything including fire starter and snacks. Great times and great private property!
We adored our stay at the Tiny House! The property was clearly marked with where to park and how to access the site. The home was perfectly secluded away from the street and main house on the property. We felt totally private but also safe and comfortable with all the lights and facilities! The home was well stocked with things left by former stay-ers, such as coffee, utensils, propane, cooking supplies, and blankets, etc. There were plenty of ways to stay warm, too! The solar heater was amazing, and when it died we had the small stove and propane heater to our disposal, which were beyond adequate. The hammock, grill, fire pit (couldn't use for burn bans but still cute:), tables, chairs, all of it ... perfect! The guest book and the goats were absolutely adorable. Would definitely return :)

My husband and i love everything the fire the goats the views everything was spectacular just a heads ups if you go on winter purchase starters for the fire And plenty of wood to make fire amazing time
Great spot! Spent a night. The Goats are awesome! The kids loved petting them. We spend the next day hiking around the Neversink preserve.

Perfect for a weekend get away! Brittani was very helpful and communicative. We appreciated the drinking water and fire wood. The wood burning stove was super convenient for cold nights. The photos and details are 100% an accurate description of the tiny house so there were no surprises. The Pygmy goats were so cute, we loved them! Anything you could need is within a 30 minute drive (also a market & dollar general about 5 mins away). The Neversink River Trail was really cool to explore as well.

Exactly what we were looking for; a cozy space nestled in the expanse of the Catskills. The tiny house feels off grid, but is only a short drive from food, gas, outdoor activities and is safely located on Brittani’s property.
The tiny house is quite nice and I am really surprised at all the effort and craftsmanship that’s gone into solar power, WiFi, heated shower, running water, and a DIY A/C. The highlight of the time for my sons were the frequent visits to the little goats. They are already asking when we can return!
